Coastal chic cottage just steps to the beach and boardwalk!

Feel completely at home in this beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom beach house in the residential north end of town. The house is just 10 away from the beach and boardwalk and in easy walking distance to the pier, waterpark, shops and restaurants. With an enclosed front porch, open floor plan and 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of space inside for the entire family. But why be inside when you can be outside on the huge 20x30 deck! This new trex deck is like having another house outside with barbeque grill, dining table and chairs, couch, coffee table and lounge chairs. There is also an outdoor shower for coming in off the beach. The house has 2 twin beds, 2 full and 1 queen. It has a/c, wifi, 2 TV's, a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The location is perfect for families with children. It's so close to the beach you can easily go back and forth during the day. The pier, rides, and waterpark are just 4 blocks away. There are free movies on the beach Sundays and Tuesdays right on our beach block. Fireworks are Wednesday nights and there are numerous free concerts and family activities all summer long. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive again until you leave! Because everyone's needs and budget are different, we provide you with choices. If you prefer the most economical option, you can bring your own sheets and towels. If you prefer the convenience of traveling lighter, we can provide sheets and towels for an extra charge ($100 for sheets $125 for towels).
