USE ASK OWNER A QUESTION BUTTON and please submit an INQUIRY about the week(s) you are interested in renting, and we will contact you within a few hours. This recently renovated immaculately maintained Stone Harbor townhouse, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, accommodates up to six people. It is only 1.3 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the bay and 1 block from shopping and restaurants. Some new features as of 2013 include a new kitchen and appliances, painting, carpet, and modern bathroom vanities. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other 2 large bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. There are two small balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Off street parking in a private garage can house two midsize vehicles. Sorry, NO PETS.

We have a Property Manager who is available during your stay to handle anything you require. Please submit an inquiry for rental information.

Stone Harbor trip

The property was easy to access and was well stocked with beach chairs, bikes, etc. the location was perfect with everything (stores, restaurants, beach) easily within walking distance.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful time at this townhome. An easy walk to the beach and an even closer walk to all of the shops. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Close to everything!

Park your car in the garage and walk to everything is definitely the appropriate name for this lovely condo. It is close to all Stone Harbor has to offer. My teenage granddaughters spent all day at the beach and loved shopping downtown in the evenings. The unit is clean and comfortable and the owners and their contact person are friendly and responsive to any issues that might occur. I highly recommend this property!

Cousins’ weekend

This is a well kept property and close by to all major businesses. Great for walking or biking. The apartment is nicely decorated and provided everything needed - especially in the kitchen. Very comfortable for family visits. The only drawback is the stairs for a person with mobility issues.

Late summer getaway

Great condo for a ladies' getaway with beach, shopping and dining within easy walking distance! Spacious, clean, nicely furnished and well-kept with garage parking. Weather was warm! Returned home tanned and relaxed. Perfect!

Great Vacation Property

We had a great week at the Jersey Shore. The property came with an enclosed garage and was two short blocks from the beach and four short blocks to the center of town. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the rooms were spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had about the unit or upcoming stay. Beach chairs and bikes were also available for our use. The Quahog oyster bar was a treat between 5 and 6 pm with a "buck a shuck" for you oyster lovers.

Perfect accommodation for our family

This property suited our family of 5 with small children perfectly. Attached garage parking was a nice feature. The property was clean and is in a great location. The owners and property manager were responsive to any questions I had before arrival. I highly recommend.

Great locations!

I really enjoyed staying here my family. We were within walking distance of the beach and downtown stores. The rental had plenty of room and was very clean. The garage was very convenient to store the car and bikes. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Condo

Our family had rented the same property for 23 yrs in Avalon and were quite dismayed when the owners stopped renting 2 years ago. Well after a week's stay at this great location in Stone Harbor we have found our go to vacation condo for many years to come. It was clean and well kept with plenty of room for 6 adults, and close to both beach and downtown. We were so used to the amentities of the house we rented in Avalon so we had plenty of questions of what to expect in our new rental and the owner and property manager were very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Can't wait to be back at this well kept, perfectly located condo next year for another fun week at the beach!!!

GREAT location; Perfect for our week away

We took advantage of this property's availability during the off-season. It took 3 minutes to walk to 96th Street shops to get coffee, food or to shop. Awesome. We had a quick walk to the beach and to the playground on 97th, too. I'm sure it would be busier during the peak summer hours but it would be worth it to us in the future. The bedrooms in this condo are generous in size.. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. The rooftop deck needs some maintenance of the railing in spots but that's not necessarily the owner's duty. We hope to be back!

Perfect location, Great vacation

The corner of 99th and Second avenue is the perfect location. Two blocks to the beach and two blocks from downtown. Very clean and the touch-less check in process was very nice. No waiting in line at the realtor to get your keys and beach tags.

Great home and location!

My family loved our stay at this property! It was clean, in a great location, and exactly as advertised! The owners were extremely responsive to all questions and the check in and check out process was a breeze.

Perfect pandemic beach house!

The owners take great care of their home. They prepare it for visitors to feel comfortable especially during this pandemic. A very nice home with excellent location and great amenities. Their communication is very informative and timely. I definitely recommend this property to have a relaxing vacation in Stone Harbor.

Great Place to Stay in Stone Harbor!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location was perfect. Loved how close we were to downtown. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. Liked having the garage for our car and beach stuff. Having two nice sized bathrooms made it comfortable for a family of 5. Kitchen was open to the rest of the living space. Only request from my 7 year old is more kid channels :) We would love to book it again next year!
