Primary renter must sign the renter agreement and provide photo ID after reservation

All pets must be approved and pet fee is $30/nt. If pets are brought without approval, we reserve right charge additional cleaning fee up to $250, This is a No-Smoking house, smoking penalty of minimum $599 applies

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Pool Heating Fee $25/night applies for entire stay, prior notice required. Pool Heater can not function in if outside temperature drops below 50 degrees.

Early check in fee $40/hr if available
Late Check out fee $40/hr if available

Primary Guest is required to sign the rental agreement and provide photo id.
Don’t leave kids unattended in pool area. There is no safety barrier around the pool.

Do not use professional club on putting area

Do not move indoor and outdoor furniture
