Surf Court 76 is a first floor condo sleeps up to 6. King in master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, living room sofabed. This unit is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to the outdoor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Surf Court 76 has free long distance and wireless internet.

Needs a deep clean

We loved the location and the communication with the property manager (Seashore Vacations) was fantastic! We knew we were getting an older condo which was totally fine, but we were not prepared for the level of grime built up on baseboards, corners of the carpet and under the beds. Even the wall where the trash can sat had splatter from trash on it. This place is in desperate need of a deep clean to make it more welcoming!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time here. The unit is great, the kitchen could use an update but had everything we needed. This is the only unit that still uses keys so it was a bit inconvenient for the older kids, (with only 2 keys), and trying not to lose them. We would stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location. I would book it again. But I have 3 stars because the dryer did not dry, and I had to walk to the next building to do my laundry. Being a family of 5, that was a huge inconvenience! Also the master bathroom toilet did not flush unless you held that handle down until it went down. To be honest the dryer situation really upset me.

Excellent place within walking distance of beach

Convenient location, ample parking, spacious accommodation, ground floor location, swimming pool just outside, 10 min or so walk from beach. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. Close to main part of beach (Coligny beach). Note that dish soap and sponge is not provided, and that at the time of stay, the dishwasher was not working properly which was communicated.

Loved the location of this condo - walk to a beautiful section of the beach by going across the street and then through a nice walkway about one block. Very nice grounds at Surf Court. This condo could use some modernizing but everything was adequate, and being on the first floor was convenient.

Clean, well-outfitted, and ideally located

This condo was such a pleasant surprise! It was perfect for our little family's trip to Hilton Head. First, the location is perfect - walkable to nature trails, the beach, a nice park and playground, and some shops and restaurants. The place itself was well-equipped with basics like linens, bath towels, paper towels, dish soap, and starter packs of dishwashing and laundry detergents. Best of all, this is a ground floor unit, so you can slide open the back door and walk 20 feet to the pool but it still feels private! Glad we stayed here and would recommend it to others.

Relaxing and convenient

Reviewer Comments: The rental process could not have been smoother, the property was scrupulously clean and had every amenity you could need, including small toiletries in the bathroom.The towels were folded attractively on each bed, which was a surprising touch of luxury. Staff were pleasant & responsive.The property itself is certainly dated, but in a quirky way that feels like your staying with an older Aunt or grandparents. Enough areas had been modernized such as the floors in most of the house, couches, and boho style furniture throughout. The electric was the part that was most dated, haven't seen light switches like that for a loooong time. BUT, once you settle in, and feel comfortable with the chotchkies, you just feel at home and relax into it. Both bathrooms had great showers, the shower heads were better than we have at home. The washer and dryer worked great, and was a huge convenience when staying at the beach.The kitchen was another area where you step back in time, but has everything you need for a comfortable week. Can opener included. There's a little spigot by the front door inside the fenced area to wash your feet, which helped keep the condo clean. And the area was great for keeping sandy beach chairs etc outside. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud, several kids were clomping up and down the metal stairs until well after dark every day, but we're not sure if they live there permanently, or we were just unlucky to be there at the same time as that particular family.The courtyard inside the complex is beautiful. The pool is busy, but clean & well maintained. It's a great benefit to park your car right outside the house. EASY walk to the beach, & a less crowded area than nearby Coligny. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.If you're looking for an instagram beach house, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a relaxed and convenient vacation pad, this is a GREAT value and location. Highly recom

Great Place

The location to the beach, shopping and dinning was just a short walk. The condo was nice. Updated showers and floor. The appliances were all in good working order. Having a keypad entry instead of having to carry around keys would have been nice.

Great Time

The location to the main Coligny Beach Park, was very convenient as well as Coligny Shopping Center. If you want a closer beach access, just walk across the street to SeaSide Villas and there's a concrete walkway between Villas I and II. The kitchen is a little outdated with the cabinets, but all appliances were in perfect working order. Could have used 3-4 trash bags for the kitchen can, only had 2, since there were 4 people staying there, but that was fine. All in all, if you're looking for a 1st floor, condo that close to the beach and within short walking distance to the main beach, this is a good option.

Groceries and restaurants nearby. Unit #76 is dated, but in fine shape. 2 bedrooms (comfortable beds) , 2 bathrooms (great showers), 3 tvs, fast internet, well equipped kitchen. Walk out to a patio and easy pool access. Walk 100m down the road to see Chuck at Island Life to rent a bike.

The people at Seashore Vacations are always excellent to deal with. Unit 76 is not a bad place to stay, but this particular unit is not the best unit in Surf Court. It is somewhat dated and could definitely use some renovations. That said, we booked at the last minute, there were only two units left when we booked, and we knew from the reviews what we were getting. Overall is was still a very enjoyable stay and a great location.
