This spacious condo has all the comforts of home and more! New Furniture and Upgrades throughout the Townhome. Unit includes amenities such as Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV's, and Key less Entry Lock. Guest Room also has a twin sleeper pull out. Property has a beautiful landscaped Courtyard, Parking is Convenient right in front of the unit, and direct beach access at the entrance of the complex. Located near Coligny Beach with Shopping, Dining, activities and Events all within walking distance. Master Bedroom is comfortable with an en-suite bathroom with a Walk-in Shower and King Bed. Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Lounge Chair that pull out to a twin bed if you need space for the little ones! Kitchen if fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Full size Washer & Dryer Located just off the Kitchen.

This unit was very nice! We loved the big closets, beds were comfortable and showers were great!We had everything we needed. Close proximity to the beach. Nice walk to Coligny. Would stay here again.

Great location

Overall this property worked well for our family of 5. Having grown up staying at Surf Court I knew it was a great location and loved the layout of the units. This condo again worked well but could use a gentle update to make it awesome.

Great stay despite the Rain

Our family enjoyed our stay in Surf Court 30. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Even though it rained most of the time we were able to enjoy the pool for a few hours. The property is in a great location near shops and restaurants and the beach is easily accessible with just a short walk. We actually got to enjoy a great morning on the beach Monday before we left.

Nice updated condo with a pool

This condo was a great setup for 2 couples. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom off of each and plenty of closet space. Nice full kitchen and living area downstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool. Easy access to the beach across the street.

Quit yet convenient to everything

Surf Court was very close to bike rental, food, beach, Starbucks, and Piggly Wiggly. All of these were within a easy bike ride. Also rode bike to putt putt golf only 3.5 miles. Property was great for our family.

Great trip

The condo was great. The steps are steep if you have a hard time climbing, but a great location. The only thing that was missing from the entire complex was a place to hose off after returning from the beach. This would cut down on sand entering the condos. Thanks for the stay!

Fun week at HHI

Surf Court 30 was just as described! I was a bit apprehensive about not staying beach front, but this condo had a great beach access and was super convenient to restaurants and stores. We parked the car and walked most of the week.

Worked perfectly

Everything was fine. There are always the little niggles, the toaster only half worked, the blinds were stuck, the microwave oven was difficult to figure out, there were no instructions for the air conditioning, the kitchen knives were blunt, but all relatively minor things which did not significantly detract from our stay.

Location is great—can walk to restaurants and shops and the beach is a 5 minute walk across the street. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and check in/out were easy. Minor stuff like a towel bar not being attached but would definitely stay here again. Some notes: blankets were very thin/just coverlets. We had brought some throw blankets that we wound up using. TVs aren’t smart televisions so no apps. Very nice pool and private courtyard with the complex.

SeaShore Vacations has been great to rent from, this is our second stay in one of their properties. The location and price are perfect! This unit could use some updating. The carpet is stained in a number of places, the items in the kitchen could use some updates as well. The washing machine (front loader) could use cleaning around the seal. There was standing water and some mold on the seal when it was opened for our first use.

There were many problems with it including broken blinds, toaster did not work, stains on the carpet, water spots on the ceiling, and light bulb was not even in the socket.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs some maintenance work. At this price, I expected better. Just a few issues we encountered were: master bath had swinging doors that offered zero privacy, unit needs fresh paint. Master bath still had spackle on wall near shower. Mattress was sloping (king), washer was loaded with smelly black mold, 1st floor bathroom fan not working and door needs realignment to lock. Back sliding door lock broken so rod needed to be kept in door track. Toaster wasn’t staying down so had to manually hold it down. Large water stain on ceiling in living room. I also recommend to let guests know what is included in “linens provided”; one washcloth per guest isn’t enough so I would have brought extra had I known. The kitchen granite and cabinets were nice but I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the proximity of the condo to the beach and shops. It was perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again. If had a to complain, I would say that the Wi-Fi needs some attention. We kept getting kicked off and had to restart the router a few times. The overall service on the island was lacking, but that was only a problem when trying to use Google or apple maps to get places. One other complaint is that the rubber inside the door of the washing machine is covered in black mold which made it stink. I hated washing our clothes in it, but it had to be done.

Love being able to walk all over, go to beach, and basicslly "just being outside. We will be back again next year.

Great location / okay place

The location is IDEAL. You can literally walk across the street to get to the ocean and it's practically paved the whole way and gated --- great for an infant in a stroller and/or kids. Loved the courtyard, it was beautiful and felt really safe. You can also walk down to Coligny square where you can buy groceries, hit up restaurants or the coffee shop, and do touristy shop things. There is a paved bike path the whole way. Close to bike rentals that are incredibly affordable - we would have rented for the entire long weekend had we known! You are also close to a local park. Location is seriously everything!! Also provided a bunch of games which was a lot of fun to have! Things to note: unit is a 2nd floor townhome so you can hear other people including televisions. The lock on the back door didn't work, but they had a wedge that still made me feel safe. Water sputtered quite a bit but leveled out. Stocked kitchen, but was no dish soap to hand wash or like a sponge to use. We had enough TP for us, though. I would say the photos show the unit with more light than is the case -- it can feel kind of dark in there which was a little disappointing. You're allotted one official parking spot, but there is room for guest parking as needed. There is also a motion sensor to help with the stairs at night. Check in is at an office which was a bit different, but worked. Keypad instead of keys which was super convenient for us and staff provided a late check out to accommodate the baby - truly appreciated it. It really met our needs and I felt super safe there and walking everywhere even at night. Really special trip!

Great location

We’ve stayed in this complex before but not this unit. Everything you need for a week in HHI with a convenient beach access right across the street. Pool was located right off the rear balcony and was great for cooling off after a long day at the beach.
