Completely "New" condo with two King Suites

The newest "Peach at the Beach". Condo was taken back to the studs in the spring of 2018, with new kitchen, baths, flooring, paint, and more.

When relaxation is your goal, and the beach is your target, this 2 BR+ condo is your little piece of Paradise. Located in the beach, golf and tennis resort of Seascape, this condo is positioned to maximize your enjoyment. The beach is just a few steps from your front door, the pool (one of five on the property) is just a few steps from your back patio, and the condo is equipped to make your vacation worry-free.

Seascape 159 is an end unit in one of the premier buildings at Seascape Resort. The condo has a beach view, with ground level entry, with no unit above or below, so it is extremely quiet and bathed in sunlight from gulf facing windows. The MBR, with attached full bath, features a king bed with all new premium bedding and linens. A large second BR upstairs has a king bed and an added bunk room. It also has its own attached bath. New beds with premium linens make for a fresh, comfortable stay. You will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and large flat-screen TV's throughout.

Seascape Resort is a beachside resort offering a variety of activities. Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.In addition to the beachfront, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities. Freshwater fishing in Lake Stewart is but 25 yards away from your condo.

This condo is non-smoking and not pet friendly. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.

Great Stay!

Two couples enjoyed a wonderful stay in this freshly remodeled property. The furniture in the living and dining room has been replaced. I would stay again very convenient to the beach.

Great Place with a few minor inconveniences.

Overall we had a great stay! The place was very clean and represented accurately. The location was great. It was right near the beach. The pool was right outside our back door. The grill was very close to us so that was a nice convenience. There were just a few things that were a bit inconvenient that the host really had no control over. One was parking. Our neighbors hogged the parking spot right in front of our front door. So not only could we not park in front of our unit it made bringing luggage and groceries in and out very difficult. Another inconvenience was getting in and out of the Sea Scape Complex was quite a drive. We were right near the south gate but that entrance is only for residents so it took an extra 5-7 minutes once you got in to the complex to reach our place. The other thing were weren't thrilled about was the beach itself. It's extremely crowded there. It's hard to find a place to set up unless you get there at 7am every day and the Umbrella sales take up the whole beach. So we tried to go west on the beach only to find out that it is private property. We didn't notice the signs right away so the uppity private beach patrons couldn't wait to rush over and tell us to get off of their beach. I just didn't remember it being that crowded the last time I went on vacation in that area. But it was 10 years ago. Again these items are not the hosts fault by any means. I just wanted to note these things fyi. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay and I would stay there again. However I probably wouldn't satay during one of the busiest weeks of the season. (the week before 4th of July) But that's on me for booking in the busy season.

Great week!

Overall, our week was great! The property and location was wonderful! Once we found out we could enter and exit still right on scenic instead of going to 98 every time, we were set. Lol. Also note that we had another group of people staying elsewhere and they were able to get a guest pass to drive back into our place. Thank you for the great stay!

Great Vacation Rental!

This rental property was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach and within walking distance of anything we wanted. We had a great time and I would recommend this property.

2021 Labor Day, Couples Getaway!

Steve's home was nice, comfortable and neat. We had an issue with the sliding door locking and ants. Steve responded right away to both. We would definitely stay at his property again the next time Destin comes up in the going where for vacation rotation!

Family Beach Trip

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation! The condo was clean, beautiful and included all the amenities that we needed. Steve was great to deal with from the moment we booked are trip till the day we checked out. Thanks again for everything! We hope to be back again in the future!

Great Vacation Stay!

Seascape 159 did not disappoint! The unit is decorated nicely and has the necessities for a week on the beach. The owner is just a phone call away if needed. The location is fantastic for those who want to enjoy the pool and beach.

Mother/Daughter Trip

Our stay at 159 was great! The condo was clean and the condo description given on VRBO is accurate. It’s a close walk to the beach. Also a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and sights. We will definitely be staying here again! Steve the property manager answered any questions we had and made our stay wonderful!

Seascape experience

We really enjoyed our stay in 159! It was very clean and had very updated furnishings! Four TVs with great internet for watching Netflix Disney etc! Location was great with just a short walk to the beach! Steve the manager was easy to talk with and very pleasant! Surf Hit restaurant is a must if you stay here which is right down the street! Had a great time
