Get ready to enjoy a spectacular sunset every night at this special spot! Our waterfront house offers unspoiled views of the Navesink and Shrewsbury rivers with water views from every room. The 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms include a phenomenal master suite with fireplace, wet bar, oversized bathroom, walk-in closet and unbelievable views. The house also includes a open plan living area, a play room and laundry room. We’ve added 3 balconies plus a new patio on the river for grilling and enjoying the boats and birds. There is free access to a world-class oceanfront beach just a few houses away. Easy commute to NYC – 40 minutes on the Sea Streak Ferry in Highlands, NJ. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, kayaks, SUPs and bikes available for use. Walk or bike into Sea Bright or a short drive to great restaurants and fun in Rumson, Red Bank, Long Branch, Asbury Park and more.

Wonderful home!

the house was perfect. With 4 grandchildren in tow, the dock and all the activity on the water kept everyone engaged and happy. The bedrooms were spacious and the master suite just amazing!

Perfect weekend

Our stay at this house was really a 10! Great layout for groups (we had 3 families) - plenty of space and areas to spread out. The backyard and the dock were perfect for our gathered meals and fishing. It had everything we could have asked for.

Great house for groups!

We stayed here for a weekend with 4 couples and our pups, it was a perfect house for us! The dogs played in the yard while we enjoyed the sunset over the river. Danon was super nice and very communicative during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Loved our family stay!

We had such a wonderful experience for our week down on the beach. The house was a great size for our family and friends to all visit with us, and Danon was a wonderful host and communicator. Highly recommend this location for an easy and peaceful get away- you really don’t have to worry about anything as the house is fully stocked with everything you could need! Thank you again- we will definitely be back!

Fun time with family

We had a wonderful time visiting family and friends on our quick trip. The beach access was a hit with our entire family. We loved walking to downtown Sea Bright and running to the Sate Park on the paths — gorgeous views. Danon was a wonderful host — he is super responsive and helpful.

Beautiful location very comfortable house

The view is wonderful- sunsets are great from the deck. The beds were very comfortable- very nice bathrooms. The house is well stocked with all you need to cook and just relax. It also has bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs they have them all. It was a great time.

An amazing beach house on Jersey Shore!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this amazing house and our host was so kind and gracious. It is very clean, well stocked with all of your comfortable amenities and plenty of fun activities to enjoy together, such as kayaks, beach seats and sand toys for the kids. etc. Our family loved it and would love to come back again!

Amazing views, beautiful home!

Felt like home

From the moment we booked, we felt like we were staying at a relative's home. The home has everything you could want for a vacation home. It felt like my own home, except nicer! The Robinsons were great hosts. Their "welcome doc" literally answers every question you could have!!! Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful beach get away

The house was well really designed to fit a large family with great bedroom space and plenty of bathrooms. The backyard was fenced in making it perfect for toddlers to play safely outside and it had a large table for eating outside and a grill as well. The setting was gorgeous with amazing views of the river from the main living space and master bedroom. The master bedroom was spacious and beautiful with a phenomenal bathroom as well. The kitchen was well stocked and they had an extra refrigerator in the garage which was super helpful for our large family. Overall we all loved our stay. Danon was a fantastic property owner/ manager as he was available throughout our stay for any questions or issues that might arise. I highly recommend this home for a vacation stay!

Waterfront in Sea Bright

Our family of 8 adults (and one toddler) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was big and comfortable for us, including the fact that most of us were working from home during Covid and had plenty of privacy to do so. Best of all worlds, being on the river (with great dock for sunning, fishing and experiencing magnificent sunsets) and just one block from near-private beach. We couldn't have furnished or equipped the house any better if we were living there - everything you could possibly need. Damon is a superb host and always available. Master BR layout and views are world class - true resort experience. We will be back.

Perfect rental

We stayed at this beautiful Sea Bright home for 4 weeks in Jan/Feb. We sold our home and needed a place to stay while we did some work in our new home. It was a stressful and emotional time for our family, as moving can sometimes be! The rental was such a fun, relaxing few weeks for us. The views are amazing. The house had everything we needed (and then some). We have 4 children, and there was plenty of room for our family (and room for more, if we needed!). Last, but not least, the master bedroom was the epitome of "relaxing retreat". The bed, the furniture, the room darkening window treatments, the closet, the master bath, the coffee bar - and of course the beautiful view - were all amazing! We joked many times about how we never wanted to leave! We have rented many homes over the years, in many different beach towns, and we have had some hits and misses. 1 Atlantic Way was definitely a hit.

Overall wonderful all around

We had such a lovely time at this home. It is spacious, impeccably clean, beautiful scenery, and really just have everything you could imagine and more. What a great home that these owners share with guests. A group of old college friends were in town for our best friend's wedding and each of us traveled from different places in the country to get together (we hadn't all been in one place in some time). The stay here really made us feel right at home. Danon went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, was flexible with checkin/checkout times, and was responsive to requests/questions we had while we were there. Such a great trip and memories made! The only thing we regret is not taking advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks - there were so many other wedding festivities taking place throughout the weekend that it was very busy!! I would recommend this home to anyone. Family, friends, or just a quiet getaway, it would be perfect for all!! Thanks again to the hosts. :)

Truly a gem

Where to begin to tout this lovely, warm, spacious, and inviting home! The house itself is a perfect layout for a family get together or mutliple couples retreat. The rooms are spacious with nearby bathrooms to allow personal space while getting ready and at bedtime. And the thrid floor bed/baths are gorgeous- a relaxing and calming vibe. The playroom is incredibly well-stocked for kids of all ages; it was such a treat to not have to pack up any of the toys from home and have the 11-mo old, 3 yr old, and 5 yr old completely entertained. The inside of the house isn't the only perk; the backyard and dock were the central location for the whole weekend. The backyard has enough room to run, a great table for eating, and a fantastic dock with chairs to sit and day dream. The view on the river is pristine and kept us all (adult and children alike) engaged for hours- from boat and bird watching to fishing. We used the house's kayaks and explored the river. And it's the best of both worlds by being riverfront and with a short, short walk to the beach (literally 3 min). And then I must compliment the owners: they couldn't have been more accommodating considering we had only reached out just 2 days prior to our arrival after our first rental had fallen through. They were friendly and flexible and are truely "aware" owners of a rental house as the house was so well-stocked/equipped (with towels and sheets as well as gear- kayaks, stereo synced up throughout house). The weekend at this fabulous Sea Bright house was perfect and, in the end, we couldn't have been more fortunate that our first rental fell through so that we were introduced to this inviting home that we hope to visit again.

Wonderful Family Holiday Property

Amazing stay, well equipped house. Great location! Owner was responsive and helpful. When an appliance was not working properly, they quickly brought a new one. Beautiful sunsets that made outdoor dinners very enjoyable. There’s something for everyone and age group. Bikes and paddle boards are available to use. Very friendly neighborhood. Lots of toys for the kids and beach gear to borrow. Would definitely recommend. Merci et à bientôt!

Beautiful riverfront stay

We had a great experience at this property. It was as pictured (or even more beautiful). Everything was very well stocked and ready for us to enjoy - lots of cooking supplies, plates, etc. The floors on the second floor were quite creaky but as long as you don't need to be going to bed quietly after others do I don't feel like that's an issue. The owner was very responsive and always happy to help if we needed something. Thank you for a great stay at a beautiful house!

Best of the Best!

Unparalleled sunsets on the water from manicured grounds, patio/deck, air conditioned living room, third floor balcony or most any bedroom. Any age can walk to the virtually private beach with plentiful beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. This extraordinary vacation property exceeded our high expectations!

Things We Love at 1 Atlantic Way, Sea Bright, NJ

Coming to a house stocked with paper products, soap, etc. was much appreciated. The well appointed kitchen was great. The variety of serveware, spices, and various other supplies made it very livable for a big group who likes to cook a lot. This includes the nice outdoor grill and stock of propane. We enjoyed the bikes as well as the thoughtful stock of beach supplies. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs (and kids).

Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danon's property. Kid & dog friendly, impeccably clean, beautiful/comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, and a perfect location right on the Navesink River and a block away from the beach, this home far exceeded our already high expectations based on the description. While we didn't get to use them, kayaks and SUP were available for use. Instead we lounged in the backyard on the patio and on the dock over lazy mornings and beautiful sunsets. Bonus: the enclosed yard was the ideal spot for our 14 month olds to practice chasing after our french bull dog. Danon is a great property owner: easy to work with and a great communicator. He was generous with the our check-in and check-out and readily available by text and email. Couldn't recommend Danon and their home enough for a wonderful family getaway at Sea Bright!

Perfect Escape!

Absolutely amazing in every way. The best host you could ever hope for. Easy going, accommodating, excellent communicator, generous, truly the ideal host. House is everything it promised to be and more. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, with a view to die for. Highly recommended!
