Step inside to find a bright, spacious interior featuring an open floor plan that combines the updated kitchen, dining area, and living room into one welcoming space. The large, modern kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the cheerful island-inspired decor throughout the unit creates a relaxing, tropical vibe. The primary bedroom includes a luxurious King bed, a private en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a step-in shower, and direct access to the screened lanai where you can enjoy calming views of the water. The second bedroom is furnished with a Full bed and a Twin bed, with a separate guest bathroom located nearby for added privacy and convenience. This condo has been recently upgraded with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, stylish plank-style flooring, fresh paint, and new furnishings, offering a fresh and modern feel throughout. Pointe Santo’s central location puts you within easy reach of local shops and restaurants, whether you choose to explore by foot or by bike. From the moment you arrive, Pointe Santo B23 offers a turnkey experience with everything you need to relax, unwind, and feel right at home on the island. Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 5), Smart TVs (streaming & cable), WIFI available, shared heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis & pickleball courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

Great place! Very clean and had all we needed for a long weekend. The property is very nice and well taken care of. Great location. Many restaurants within a mile or so. We loved that we could bike most anywhere we wanted to go...the bike rental place was about 1.5 miles away so an easy walk to get our bikes. The only slightly negative thing was the landscaping went on well into the afternoon on Friday, but the remainder of the weekend outside by the pool and beach was very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful week at Pointe Santo!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the gorgeous view of the ocean from the lanai. The condo was spacious, well stocked and offered all the comforts of home. We hope to return soon!

Relax and Have Fun

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect if you like hot. There was plenty of room for my family of six. I will remember this condo and definitely recommend to anyone that asks

Very nice and clean. Elevator right at room but only worked sometimes.

Almost Paradise!

Have stayed at Pointe Santo before but this is the first time in this unit. Everything was nice and well taken care of. Great view of the gulf! Enjoyed the fact that the sun wasn't shining onto the patio in the afternoon as it allowed us to have meals outside to further enjoy the view. Enjoyed our stay as always at Sanibel!

Absolutely Amazing!

This week has been the best experience we have had! The management company is top notch down to the littlest details (I.e. providing handmade soap and a binder of suggestions) and the owners have thought of everything you might need and then things you didn’t even think of. The condo is beautifully decorated and Pointe Santos can’t be beat. Everything was extremely close. I loved having the book selection (so many great ones to choose from). The beach chairs and umbrella were put to great use. We will definitely be back! Best experience! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Fantastic codo full of amenities

We have been staying in various codos at Point Santo for over 20years. Finally This one had all we needed to feel at home. With always having to fly in we have always had to bring beach towels, scissors, tape, wine openers etc. and do without beach chairs and buy sand toys each time we came. Not at B23. Games had all the pieces, kitchen well furnished... knives that acutually cut. It's decorated beautifully and love all the baskets placed throughout to set down shopping bags an such, helped us keep things neat and orderly so it felt like home.

It was truly superbly decorated. It had such a true Florida feel like no other. Great location for restaurants and beach at your door step. Will return!!

Relaxing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very relaxing vacation. I took my mother (83) who cannot walk long distances and we were able to push her wheel chair on the brick path to the beach and then she could walk to the water. We also loved the gas grills so we were able to grill out and not have to dress to go out after staying in the ocean all day. Our unit had everything you needed! The only thing I can complain of is the cheap paper towels and toilet paper. It would be nice to have two rolls of paper towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the cleanest vacation rental I ever step foot into. Props to housekeeping! Because it was spotless! The view was breathtaking! Nice big open floorplan with plenty of space. Tons of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. I fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Including paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper. There is no need to pack extra consumable products. The management team awesome! They even allowed us to check in early. You just have to let them know ahead of time to make sure they let housekeeping go to your rental first.Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

A week with Grandchildren in Paradise

Everything was wonderful, the condo was roomy and fun for four people.The ladies wanted a large roasted chicken for Thanksgiving dinner and here there was a slow cooker/roaster in the cupboard to make one for us all.They road their bikes to Baileys to get 'a better' potato peeler:-) which we left. One of the girls works at a meat market and would of peeled 100 plus pounds of potatoes on that Wednesday had she been at work, a bit of an expert!!! Beautiful property!!

Short walk to the beach, lounge chairs near the gulf, beautiful landscaping and pool.
