Palm Paradise is family-owned and operated! We have one rental property and this is it! Our family stays at this home on our own vacations and has been for decades; when you rent this home you deal directly with the owners, not a property manager or rental agency. You will have our cell phone numbers if any issues should arise during your stay.

This adorable home "PALM PARADISE BEACHESCAPE" is in a fabulous location south of Highway 30A, all in walking distance to beach access, restaurants, bars, shopping and more.

Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from both the third floor covered porches and living areas. There are bedrooms on all floors (2 kings, 1 queen, 2 full/twin bunks), a great room on the second floor, and a sitting room on the third floor (1 queen sleeper sofa). There is also a third-floor sundeck for private sunbathing or watching the sunset. There is a separate laundry room, TV's in every bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, video games, DVD players, and beach/pool toys. There is off-street parking for 4-6 cars.

The beach access is just steps away (200 yards) with no busy roads to cross and has LIFEGUARDS, showers, restrooms, and a picnic area. When you are not at the beach, you can relax in the beautifully landscaped double-lot yard that contains a large private 28'X14' swimming pool and a palm tree-shaded area that is spacious enough for lawn games. Walk across the street to the fresh seafood market and grill your dinner on the natural gas grill provided for your use.

Awesome location and such a short and easy walk to the beach. Pool was great once we figured out how the heater worked. Owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Great vacation

Outstanding property. Well maintained and well equipped. The pool was great. Location only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach wagon in the renters closet made the walk to the beach with our beach gear even easier. Outstanding communication with the owner. This is our third year in a row to vacation in this area - Miramar Beach first time, Destin Crystal Beach last year. Santa Rosa Beach was by far the best location and this was the best property. If we come back to this area again next year I will definitely try to book this property again. Absolutely no complaints.

Beautiful house close to beach

After driving for 7 hours with tired and hungry kids, we arrived right at 4:00 to check in only to be told by the cleaning lady she was almost done and to give her 10 minutes, went back to check in 20 minutes later and found her in the kitchen texting instead of cleaning, she told us she needed 15 minutes. We were finally able to check in after 5pm, 1 hour after we arrived. I got no notification that check in would be delayed. I texted the owners and they simply said delays happen and sorry. Sorry isn't quite enough for the price we paid to stay there. When we were able to check in the stay was great. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap as we were left with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and paper towels, the hand soap was filled with water in the bathroom so we had to purchase that to wash our hands. The house was very close to the ocean and the pool was nice and warm.

We loved everything about our stay. It was the perfect location and the house set up was perfect for our group of three families with young kids. The pool was a great size and we loved how close we were to the beach! We all talked about how we want to book again soon

Above Expectations

We had 11+ guests and we had a GREAT time! The pictures listed for the property do not do it justice! They have completed updated everything from paint throughout the house to nice and very comfortable furniture. They need to update the pictures of the house. This house is 100% fully stocked with everything youā€™ll need to prepare any meal down to potato peelers and Tupperware. The pool was heated and came with an outdoor shower as well as a spout to wash off your feet that is right by the entry door. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi worked so well for those of that needed to work during our stay. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk! The views from all the different balconies made our time that much more enjoyable. Loads of space and comfort here. We also had 5 vehicles that we were able to park in a row in the driveway which was very nice! This place comes with a great outdoor grill and a huge wagon to take to the beach. The air conditioning was perfect and this property comes with some Roku smart tvs in the bedrooms. We absolutely will be returning to this property in the future and recommend it to everyone! The property owners were attentive and communicated very well! They were accommodating & left a very nice card & pineapple for us when we got there. All around PERFECT place to stay for your family & friends.

Exceed expectations!

The house was very nice and clean. Itā€™s actually more spacious than in pictures. The pool was a big deal! The kids had a great splash every day after the beach. One nice thing is Goatfeather restaurant is right across the street. We would stop and had oysters and fresh seafood almost every day. There is an ice cream shop right across the street that is good for ice cream, but the donuts were about $4 per donut! The kitchen was one of the most well stock kitchen Iā€™ve ever seen compared to other places Iā€™ve rented. Itā€™s such a nice thing when you have a big family to cook for. Nice job done by the owner of the place! The walk to the beach was about 2 mins with beautiful palm trees on both sides. I canā€™t say enough good things about this place. You wonā€™t disappoint if you rent this house. The neighborhood was upscale and felt safe. The communication was wonderful! You canā€™t get this communication if itā€™s run by a company.

Love love this beach house!

Twelve of us slept comfortably. We enjoyed the private pool and loved the location. Our favorite beach house so far. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

Great week at Santa Rosa Beach

The home was laid out perfectly for our family with bedrooms on each floor - grandparents on one level and 2 adult children and grandchildren on the other floors. The pool is large and lovely after a day at the beach which is very close. Outdoor shower was great to take off the sand and there are plenty of beach toys and a wagon for the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.

Perfect for young kids!

We absolutely loved this vacation property. We were traveling with our three kids (ages 6, 4, and 20 months), as well as my 75-year-old mother-in-law. This house was perfect for us! The heated pool is fantastic, and I love that thereā€™s an alarm system on the door in case a kiddo tried to go out there alone. The house is very well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and a great, sturdy beach wagon. The beach is right down the street- perfect for little kids! We were also thrilled to learn that a walk-up ice cream shop is one building away, and Goatfeathers (restaurant as well as seafood market) was right down the street. We were able to pick up fresh seafood to cook at the house. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years with our kids, and I have to say that this one was our favorite. Weā€™d easily come here again!

Best Vacation!

Weā€™ve been coming to the beach as a family for 12+ straight years, and this trip was by far the best. Having your private pool and the location of the house was the highlight. We had more then enough room for 3 families! Will be coming back.

Short vacation trip!

This was a last minute vacation trip for my family. We had never stayed in santa rosa beach. We absolutely loved it! One of our favorites now. The property was amazing... so many extras!! Love love love this property. We want to go back very soon.

Fantastic house!

We have stayed at this house before with family and friends. It is the perfect location so easy to walk to the beach. We have stayed in the Destin area for years and this house is perfect! Enjoy having lifeguards at the beach and love how itā€™s not to crowded at the beach . The house is fully stocked even beach chairs. The owners are so helpful.

Great home for extended family trip

Our family returned for the second summer to this home. It was very comfortable for our group of 13, with a well stocked kitchen and just a short stroll to a lovely public beach. The private pool is larger than most, and the outdoor shower was a plus Walked to Goatfeathers to pick up steamed shrimp for supper one night, which was yummy! We hope to return again next summer!

Love this place!

We've stayed at this property several times over the last few years. I love the location to the beach and restaurants. The pool is great and kitchen is well stocked. When we head to Santa Rosa, this is where will stay!

Beautiful House

Palm Paradise is a beautiful home with plenty of room. The pool is a great size and the area around it is nice. There are also things for the beach stored outside that can be used and there are games in the house. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need for cooking. We stayed in this house 15 years ago and it is still just as nice as it was then. We could not have had a better week. You will not be disappointed with this home or the area it is located in.

House is just a short drive to Destin where there are endless shops, food and entertainment. Close grocery stores. Had all the items supplied that we needed during our stay. Great house that we would love to stay at again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house and perfect location!

This is a wonderful property located approximately 100 yards from the beach. and within walking distance to several restaurants. The house is everything advertised and more. There is a full size pool and grill in the back yard. No need to bring beach chairs as they are supplied as well as a cart to carry everything to the beach. The Owner is very responsive and always answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Santa Rosa Beach.

Fantastic beach house!

This house was perfect for our two families with small children. It is so close to the beach and the pool is perfect for when the kids got tired of the beach. It was also great to be so close to several restaurants and the fish market. The house itself felt so homey for us. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals so we felt right at home. Perfectly decorated for the beach! We loved our stay!
