'A Pair O Docs' is a charming beach house that has something for everyone! After a day at the beach, your family will enjoy this magical get-away.

This beachside retreat will delight you with beach colors and innovative decorative touches. 'A Pair O Docs' is located in the private family-oriented community of Old Florida Cottages. 'A Pair O Docs' is the closest house to the beach access and is located just steps away from the heated community pool and cabana. Enjoy a stroll through the community's many arbor-covered, lushly landscaped, brick paved pathways. Take advantage of the nearby bike path as you explore the many shops and restaurants located convenient to you.

This perfect tropical escape features ground-floor master and bath and guest bedroom with private bath on the ground floor. The open main living and dining area, 3rd bedroom, and 3rd bath are located upstairs to allow full enjoyment of the coastal view. Several porches allow the perfect spot to relax after a day at the sugar white beaches. Enjoy a romantic moment watching the sunset or just spend time with friends and family. You can even work from the house with high-speed internet.

Always a great time!

Wonderful location for summer holiday. Right behind Goatfeathers and a 5 min walk to the beach access at the end of the road. Owner has everything you would need in a home, kitchen is well stocked! Communication from owner is timely and helpful! We always enjoy our time here.

Relaxing Perfect Getaway

Check-in process was very easy. Close beach access without the crowds, but walking distance to many restaurants. Great vacation choice during COVID-19, felt very comfortable vacationing.

Great Beach House - Clean, Comfy, and Cute!

We loved our stay in this house! We went for Spring Break, lots of room for our family, everything was so clean. You can't beat the location, just a block to the beach - not too crowded at the beach or in the neighborhood. Pool is lovely to come back to after a day at the beach! The house is so clean and cute - plenty of room for everyone, all of the amenities that you need for a beach vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for Family

We have visited the area of 30A for over fifteen years and by far this is our favorite house for layout and location. We have stayed in this house for two consecutive years and plan to return for a third. The house is clean and well-stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. We loved our stay here!

Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the house was spacious for our family of 5. We really like the location because the neighborhood was family oriented. It was quiet but you had access to plenty of restaurants close by. Goatfeathers is great and a few steps away. The bike and golf cart rental also has a snack bar attached where they serve delicious breakfast sandwiches as well as other options. The beach was not crowded and you are also able to rent chairs/umbrella. The owner was very responsive to any emails we had with questions. Highly recommend and would love to return for another stay!!!

Our experience at this home was perfect. It was well supplied and thankfully, everything worked! The home is just as described/pictured. Check-in was a breeze. I had contact information for everyone in case I needed anything and I appreciated that as well.

Great Place for a Family

This was our second stay at A Pair O Docs in Paradise. My family of 5 stayed in the home with my mother & father in-law. At the last minute my 10 year old nephew decided to come and we all fit comfortably. The home is very nice and has a great beach decor. Old Florida Cottages is a quiet, peaceful, family-oriented community. We love the Seaside area but choose Old Florida Cottages to get away from the crowds. The kids swam in the pool every evening and we cooked on the grill right beside the pool a few times.

Pair of Docs, What a wonderful time we had last week Oct. 8-12 in your lovely cottage! The neighborhood is so nice and we really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Shopping was fun at Gulfview and Seaside and Grayton Beach. The weather was perfect!!!!! Our grandchildren (12 & 14) and their parents also enjoyed the time SO MUCH!!!! We stayed at Pair O Docs April 23rd through 30th. The house is perfect, clean, well decorated, great location, and a view of the beach. If you have not visited Santa Rosa Beach, do! It is far from the crowded beaches of Destin but still close to great shopping (Seaside) and even better restraunts. Definitely visit Cafe Tango, only a five minute walk from the house. The beach is like your own, we never saw more than 4 or 5 other families, and it is only a block away. We are picky about where we stay and highly recommend this house and town. We will be back.

Stress Free Vacation

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Renee made the entire process easy--prompt replies to emails, helpful letter with property and neighborhood information and even a text, sent midway through our stay, to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The property was clean-every room was clean. (That made me the happiest!) The kitchen and living area worked great for family interacting-cooking, drinking, eating, and game playing. Simple walk to the beach was safe and short. Location, location, location. Stress free vacation!

Exceptional family vacation!

We spent a week at this house in Santa Rosa Beach and it was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, bright, and very pleasant. There are a few balconies/patios to enjoy the outdoors when relaxing at the house and the decor has a beautiful coastal feel that is perfect for a vacation! We had everything we needed within the house for cooking and enjoying the space. The location is spectacular - a very short walk to the public beach access (that even my two young children didn't complain about). It's even close enough that you can run back to use the bathroom or to grab a snack, if needed (although there are clean bathrooms right at the top of the access point, too). There is a restaurant and a place to get ice cream, snacks, and food just steps from the house, making it really convenient and fun. The beach is gorgeous - white sand and beautiful water! Community pool was fun and not at all crowded for a break from the beach. Plenty of walkable restaurants and shops too. Renee was a delight and very responsive. Don't pass this one up :)

Our first visit to the Florida Panhandle, and it was Wonderful! Thanks, Renee!!

We're always a little apprehensive when staying at a new location, but what a delightful surprise. Our beach house was nestled in a small neighborhood of similar cottages just a few hundred yards from the beautiful surgar white sands of Santa Rosa Beach. It was roomy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The three bedrooms were large, and the beds extremely comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and a porch to enjoy and take in the outdoors. The kitchen was fully equipped with every dish and appliance you might need. The living room and dining areas were equally roomy and comfortable. Even some of the beautiful art work on the walls appeared to be signed originals. All in all, if this beach house didn't have it, you probably didn't need it. We were delighted with the beach. The sand was white and fine and seemed to be largely free of the shells prevelant in other areas. You can walk for miles. Houses along the beach are beautiful, but a respectful distance from the water, leaving an ample area for everyone to enjoy. The beaches were not yet officially open and staffed with lifeguards; that happened the day we left. Our two weeks were also blessed with perfect weather. We would highly recommend Santa Rosa Beach and 'A Pair O Docs' beautiful beach cottage. We had a wonderful time.

We had such a wonderful stay. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The house is great. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, very clean, updated and decorated like a Florida house should be. I definitely recommend this house for your family vacation!!
