Set within the Punta Esmeralda condominium, you’ll have access to more than seven pools, including an infinity oceanfront pool where the water blends seamlessly with the horizon. The resort also offers outdoor lounge areas, a fitness center, spa, and direct beach access - a stretch of soft sand where the bay meets the sea. These shared amenities invite you to move between relaxation and activity throughout the day.

Comfort and amenities

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi help you stay comfortable and connected, while a TV provides easy entertainment when you’re spending time indoors. The two bathrooms include hot water and a hair dryer, offering convenience throughout your stay. Self check-in via lockbox adds flexibility for your arrival, and long-term stays are welcome for 28 days or more.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access. Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
