Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location and condition were fantastic! Comfy beds and couch after long days walking the beach! Only recommendation would be for a couple new frying pans as the ones provided stuck badly. Overall an amazing getaway!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Sanibel often, but this was our first time at Sanibel Arms West! We had a wonderful experience and will be back. Our unit was clean and well-stocked. We loved being able to bounce between the beach and pool throughout the day without worry! Being so close to the Lighthouse, we were able to explore a part of the island on bikes that we previously hadn’t, which was very cool!

Still a lot of construction around the island but grateful for all their hardwork so far. We will be back to K3 again!
