Electric usage $45/ weekly included, spa, large covered lanai and a captain's walk leading out to a waterfront dock and sitting area where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets while watching for turtles, fish and other wildlife.
The three bedroom two bathroom home is fully air-conditioned, includes ceiling fans throughout and features a pool and separate hot top. Each beautifully appointed bedroom boasts large walk-in closets and beds with orthopedic foam mattresses. The guest rooms both have queen sized beds and the master has a King sized bed and a chaise lounge for spending some quiet time enjoying a book or watching your favorite show on the 40 inch television. The bathrooms come complete with bath, pool and beach towels as well as hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen features a glass top range, full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The home theatre room boasts a 55 inch smart LED television, comfortable theatre seating and contemporary styling which will have you enjoying movies in High Definition. Roku TV is included along with internet and telephone service. A laptop and printer is also provided for your convenience. Throughout the home you will find art from local artists as well as many other conversation pieces. Open living and dinning areas have sliding doors opening towards the lanai and pool area, incl BBQ.
