Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, there are occasionally groups of tiny flies that appear just before rain. They are so small that they get washed through the screen, but nets and the pool's skimmer quickly clean them out. Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. When the issue was reported, we responded promptly by sending both our property manager and a licensed pool technician to the home multiple times during your stay. The system was professionally inspected and tested and was found to be operational. However, during your stay there were several days with unusually low outdoor temperatures, which significantly reduce the effectiveness of Florida heat pump systems. In addition, the pool covers—provided to help retain heat and improve performance—were not used, and at one point the heater was turned off at the guest’s request. These factors unfortunately limited the system’s ability to reach higher temperatures. As a goodwill gesture, we issued a 10% refund of the base rental rate and waived the electricity charges related to heating, which we believe was a fair and reasonable accommodation given the circumstances and the efforts made to address the issue during the stay. We regret that this impacted your enjoyment and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our guest experience.

Dear customer, it is unfortunate that you feel this way. Let us point out our point of view: The Jacuzzi and pool issue was solved after two days, both worked properly for the following days and we had no technical issues since that day. Your Security Deposit has been refunded within the timely manner and only the extra charges, we have pointed out before and after your stay has been deducted. We have made a personal check-in with you and told you, again, that electricity is with thirty-five dollars per week included. The electricity usage over thirty-five dollars is the financial responsibility of guest. Furthermore have we point out that we have to charge a cleaning fee for the BBQ grill, if it has not been cleaned by yourself. Everything is written on our Check-In form, which has been signed by you. At our personal check-out have we recognized that two towels are missing and one bed set has been bleached. We take our responsibility to manage this property serious and check together with our cleaning team the status before and after each rental. Due to the hurricane Irma after your stay we were not able to answer one of your email within twenty-four hours, otherwise we always replied immediately and your Security Deposit has been refunded.
