All of the bedrooms are colorfully decorated in a vibrant beachy theme and each has a private bath, TV, and ceiling fan.
Upon entry, you enter the sunlit ocean themed foyer with adjoining half bath. On the first floor you will find the first of two king master bedroom suites with private bathroom: double sinks, full tubs and showers, a closet and sitting area that includes an expandable daybed. This carpeted master bedroom has a 49inch flat screen TV .
The updated kitchen with granite counter tops and marble backsplash and bar opens out to palm island themed dining room and living room area.The kitchen includes dishwasher,microwave, refrigerator with ice maker,electric oven/stove and small modern appliances and dinner/cookware. The living room features a 65 inch flat screen, and gas fireplace. This main floor has beautiful tiled flooring throughout. The granite breakfast bar and bright dining room will accommodate you and your guests comfortably with recessed lighting,ceiling fans and the living and dining rooms both have sliding glass doors that lead to a covered balcony with ceiling fans which overlooks the pool below and has a centrally connected Weber gas BBQ grill and seating for 6. The living and dining rooms also have a wonderful lagoon view shaded by tall palm trees.
On the second floor, you will find the remaining four carpeted bedrooms. To the right of the second floor landing are two bedrooms with their en suite private bathrooms; one equipped with two full beds,closet, 32 inch flat screen TV, and private bathroom with stand-up shower and double sinks. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed,closet, 43 inch flat screen TV, and full private bathroom. To the left of the landing are the remaining two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV, and full bathroom with stand up shower and a second nautical themed king master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom with double sinks,full tub and shower, 50 inch flat screen TV . There is are also a full sized washer and dryer on this floor.
There is a beautifully landscaped and fenced in pool area on the ground level. There is a screened patio room to allow mosquito free dining and socializing in the evening.This area includes an outdoor shower as well as a full indoor bathroom with shower.This lovely private pool* has patio seating for all to enjoy. The pool area also features for your convenience a play area with foosball, TV for your entertainment.

Overview of The Singleton Beach Community

Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).

*There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.

**The town hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including a firework display every Tuesday night during the summer that is best viewed from the Shelter Cove Community Park directly behind Shelter Cove Towne Center.
