We had an amazing stay at this Sedona home! The views were absolutely beautiful and the central location made it so easy to get to hiking trails, tours, restaurants, and scenic drives. After busy days exploring, we loved coming back to relax in the hot tub or grill out and just enjoy some downtime together.The house was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat in between all of our adventures. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona!

Love that location was walking distance from Trail head and also grocery store. the place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on both patios and also the hot tub was a nice feature.

Had a great stay. Home is really nice and well appointed. Location is close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing games on the dining room table. Was a perfect stay!

Loved the Javelina visits! Quietly tucked away with easy access to all that is Sedona. Perfect vibe! Beds were incredibly cozy- even looked for bedding tags to buy for my own home! Hiked Sugarloaf multiple times sunrise and sunset-perfect respite from the fray. Did not want to leave! Will be back!

The house was lovely and the views of Chimney Rock and Coffee Pot rock were amazing. The short walk to the Sugarloaf trailhead really made this a perfectly situated property. I would absolutely rent it again and would take my kids next time!

The house was perfectly comfortable for 5 adults & had plenty of room for all of us inside and out. There were plenty of trash bags, dish washing liquid & detergent, dishes & utensils, hand & body wash, shampoo, cream rinse, body lotion, & bath & beach towels for a 4 night stay. The house was clean; the beds & pillows were very comfortable; our 2 small dogs enjoyed exploring outside; & the stars were gorgeous. We even had a javelina come to the back door to welcome us. What a fun surprise!The location was close to everything we could need. Plenty of games were provided to choose from & we even put one of the puzzles together while we were there. It became a family affair with all participating. We truly enjoyed our stay & will consider this vacation home the next time we are visiting Sedona.

The house is charming and very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. It has very limited spices so plan on bringing everything you need for meals. The only negative is that the hot tub does not go over 100 degrees, which is probably fine in the summer, but we would have liked it to be a little hotter when it was in the 30s during our stay. Otherwise it wis a perfect house for a stay in Sedona

We appreciate you mentioning the limited spices. For safety and freshness reasons, we only provide a small starter selection since spices can expire quickly or vary by guest preference. Regarding the hot tub temperature, many units are set with a maximum limit for safety and equipment protection, especially during colder months. We understand that a slightly warmer setting would have been more comfortable in winter temperatures and appreciate you sharing that perspective. We are delighted the home was otherwise a perfect fit for your Sedona stay and would love to host you again.

This is an amazing space in the heart of Sedona just mins from anything you'd want to experience. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, and immaculately clean, which helped to create a warm, inviting , and memorable experience. The outdoor spaces, hot tub, and firepit were equally amazing and essential after long days of hiking and explorig the area. My only wish was that the hot tub was hotter.I alsl want to thank the amazing concierge/host team who coordinated a welcome package for my partner and provided trail recommendations so that we could maximize our time there.I highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to Sedona! The views from the unit are breathtaking!

SEDONAAUG. 28 TO SEPT. 1We had a wonderful experience staying at your beautiful home for four days. The house was immaculate, well-equipped, and provided all the comforts we needed. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Remember we are the 4 Grannies, all 80 plus years old, and we came to celebrate the end of the heat in Mesa, Az.We did have problems with Cockroaches and Spiders, but the maintenance came and rescued us 3 different times. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a broom to sweep up the dead bugs after they came and sprayed for the bugs. Our suggestions would be;1. Railing at the front steps2.Mention in description of home that twin bedroom on second floor3.Grab bars and Towel bars in bathrooms4.Broom available to keep bugs and sand off floor.We believe this would be safer for everyone not just “Grannies”. Our spiders weren’t little ones.Thank you once again for your hospitality!THE 4 GRANNIESSandy Donna Shirley Irma

We had a great stay at this property. There were views of the red rocks from every room which was so beautiful. Close to everything. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Property management was quick to respond which was great too! We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful West Sedona home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The home is beautifully designed, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.The location is perfect—close to several of Sedona's most popular hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to experience all that West Sedona has to offer.Some of our favorite memories were simply spending time together as a family. We loved playing the board games with our 7-year-old granddaughter, relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of hiking, and ending our evenings roasting s'mores under the stars. Those thoughtful touches made our stay even more special and created memories we'll cherish for years to come.If you're looking for a beautiful, spotless home in an amazing location with wonderful amenities, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend it and would absolutely love to return!
