This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 3 bed, 1-bath home is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Chelan, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to 6 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom: Features a memory foam king-sized bed with ample storage space. TV in the bedroom.

Second Bedroom: Equipped with a memory foam queen-sized bed, perfect for additional guests or children. TV in the bedroom.

Third Bedroom & Living Room: The spacious living area includes a queen-sized, memory foam pull-out sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space without compromising comfort.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Fully stocked, modern appliances, butcher block countertops, and a tiled backsplash make meal preparation a delight.

Dining Area: A dedicated space for meals, adjacent to the kitchen, seating 6. Barstools at the countertop to enjoy meal prepping together.

Bathroom: A full bathroom featuring contemporary fixtures and tiled surfaces.

Enjoy the fully fenced yard and patio area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We are currently completing exciting outdoor renovations that will include a new patio with a gas fire pit, a barbecue, a putting green, and a variety of outdoor games and activities for guests to enjoy. String lights add a charming and fun aesthetic, making the space ideal for both day and evening gatherings. Renovation is due to complete on May 30th.

The home can be accessed from either Sanders Street or the alley behind the property as an entrance to the backyard. There’s plenty of off-street parking available in the front, making arrivals and departures easy and convenient.

Parking: Parking is available in front of the property on the street.

Firearms & Fireworks: The discharge of firearms or the use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.

Fire Safety: No fires during burn bans. A propane fire pit is provided for your convenience.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and do not leave them unattended unless crated. Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Any damage or excessive noise may result in additional fees.
