Welcome to Turtleville. This is a third floor villa overlooking the ocean. We are walking distance from Coligny square, and steps from the beach! We hope you and your family will enjoy your stay!
We love turtles so much we decorated the condo with them. We hope you enjoy the turtles as much as we do!
Renovated in 2025 with new appliances, updated kitchen, and new bedding.
Full Kitchen comes equipped with a full sized Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, and coffee pot (both Keurig and Drip coffee). It's also got most everything you could need to cook any meal available.
Living room has a 50inch UHD TV with a pullout sofa bed.
Dining area seats up to four.
The Bedroom has a dresser, closet, and nightstand to store all the little things, there is also a full closet/pantry in the hallway.
Available on property is a full sized pool, charcoal barbeque, and outdoor showers as you come off the beach adjacent to the building. There is also a coin operated laundry on each floor available to any guests.
We love turtles so much we decorated the condo with them. We hope you enjoy the turtles as much as we do!

Hilton Head Island has this awesome chill, laid back, family friendly, bikeable, walkable beech island vibe. From the minute we spent time on the island, we fell in love with it.
The beach itself is probably the cleanest beach I have ever experienced. No rocks, shells, tree branches, seaweed or anything, just nice super soft sand.
Hilton Head Island is also the breeding ground for Loggerhead Sea Turtles! As you can tell from the decorations of the place, we love the turtles, and this was also a fun bonus to the island. Getting to watch them come ashore (from a safe distance) and the babies go back out to the sea (also from a safe distance) is an absolute joy and experience!

We love the turtles so much, we might have gone a little overboard with the decorations. But we wanted a place that represents the unique character of the island and feel like we have done so with how the place is furnished.
Beyond the decorations of the place, the location of SeaSide Villas itself is one of the best places on island to stay. We are right against the beach, with a lovely view from the balcony. But we are also less than half a mile from Colligny Square and all the shopping and restaurants nearby. You can forgo your car for most of the stay, and just enjoy walking or biking all over the place because of how close it is to everything.
