Located on an oversized lot with beautiful lagoon views in the front and golf views in back, this 4-bedroom home is a short walk to the beach and offers a private pool, patio with gas grill, 3 common areas (Living Room, Sitting Room and Den) and a private den with desk and sleeper sofa. This home will allow pets during certain seasons (please inquire with Destination Vacation if you wish to bring your pet), and the highlight of the home is it's location on the quiet end of W. Beach Lagoon Road with the scenic foot bridge just steps away that takes you straight to the beach. It's premier location offers privacy and is located on the Gold Coast of Sea Pines and is convenient to the beach, bike trails, golf courses and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
