The Space:

Morning light glints off Banderas Bay as warm ocean breezes drift across your private balcony. The Pacific stretches wide beyond the resort grounds, setting the rhythm for slow breakfasts, beach walks, and unhurried afternoons by the water. In Flamingos at Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this waterfront condo places you right next to a body of water where sunshine and sea air are part of everyday life.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests - with a total maximum capacity of 13 including a minor under 15 in accordance with condominium rules - the home offers 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 baths. Each bedroom includes room-darkening shades and clothing storage, creating a restful retreat after full days outdoors. Essentials are provided, and a free washer and free dryer - in unit - make it easy to settle in for short visits or long term stays allowed for 28 days or more. Please note that all guests, including children and babies, count toward the occupancy limit.



Outdoor living

Start your day on the balcony with sweeping ocean and mountain views, then head to the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim. A private hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind, and beach access makes spontaneous shoreline outings effortless. With beach essentials ready for use, you can move easily between sand and surf. The private backyard - fully fenced - features outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with sink, inviting relaxed meals in the open air. Sun loungers, resort access, and a shared sauna expand your options for enjoying the coastal setting.



Entertainment and recreation

Evenings can unfold in the movie theater or around the TV for a casual night in. For more active downtime, you’ll find exercise equipment including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench, along with a ping pong table and pool table. A shared gym in building offers additional space to move at your own pace.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides a comfortable space where guests can cook their own meals, with a dining table for gathering together. Whether it’s fresh fruit after the beach or a full dinner at home, everything is arranged for easy group dining.



Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool year-round. The single level home layout means no stairs in home, and an elevator in the building adds ease of access. Wifi and a dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - support remote work when needed. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking add flexibility, while self check-in and building staff available 24 hours a day ensure smooth arrivals.



Neighborhood

Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in the Flamingos area, you’re close to the beaches of Mexico’s Pacific coast, where warm temperatures and ocean breezes create a relaxed atmosphere throughout the year.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 8 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of approximately 30 * dlls per person per night.



-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.



-The amenities provided are for the sustenance of one night only.



-Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.



-Parking is for one car only



-Pets are not allowed



-No guests allowed



-The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay.







-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.





-Electricity consumption:

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



-Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

-The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
