We had a lovely time when we finally arrived in Sea Isle. Unfortunately, we missed two days due to the weather. Since we were told the cleaners were unable to get to the property, we assumed we would have some difficulty as well. However, we found that the family in the adjoining property did arrive on Saturday. Our host responded promptly to all of our communications but an on-site assessment would have been appreciated.The location was perfect with beautiful views from the deck and direct access to the beach. The living room furniture was most comfortable! However, as mentioned in an earlier review, the lighting in the living room was not sufficient for reading or doing our jigsaw puzzle. We ate most meals out but there was a limited amount of cutlery and glasses for a full house. Also a few hooks in the bathroom and bedroom closets would be appreciated.

Incredible views from top 2 floors. Large, open kitchen/dining/family space with plenty of dining and sofa seating. Two large masters with small but functional bathrooms with good water pressure. Nice balconies with comfy furniture. Nice deck on ground level and easy beach access. Could use some updates primarily to carpeting and window blinds.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great - on the beach and easy access to town and restaurants. The house was very spacious with plenty of seating. Our only frustration was insufficient cleaning products and dishwashing soaps..

We loved it here

The views of the beach and ocean, the openness of the space, close walk to groceries, the back gate literally opens to the beach path. Doesn’t get better than this.

Outstanding Location and Property

Steps to the beach, a great view and a great property. Home was clean and set up nicely for a week for the full family. Communication with the owner was as good as it gets. You'll love this property.

Perfect Location

We stayed with some older family members who are slower getting around, so this location was perfect because you walk out the back gate right on to the beach. Beautiful way to start your day watching the sunrise over the waves from the balcony. Great location lets you walk to the supermarket/drugstore/pizza shop only a few blocks away.

Great Stay

Everything was as described. The house was well furnished. The location and view were so good. Hoping to return next year. PS Be sure to go black sea bass fishing on the Starfish Deep Sea Fishing. It was recommended by owner and was a great experience.

Open the shades to an ocean view and your blood pressure plummets. The beach is steps away and this is a fabulous beach. We needed a few things. Like bring a bathmat

Peaceful and spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during spring break in April. The location was quiet and directly on the beach. We felt like it was a huge private beach this time of year. Temps in the 60’s were perfect for us! The house had plenty of room for our party of six adults and four kids ages teen to four years old. It truly was perfect. We didn’t mind cleaning up on our last day as we would want to leave it clean anyway. It’s just common courtesy. Jakob was very quick to respond to questions and check in was a breeze. We hope to return!

5 stars for the view - 2 for everything else

The house is in dire need of an upgrade. The track on the main floor sliding glass door was corroded and very hard to open. The lock was so corroded that it didn't work. Stains on the carpeting throughout. There is a crack on the large front burner on the glass top stove, the under-counter lights were rusted and one didn't work at all, the vertical blinds were filthy, mattress pads were stained. On the plus side, the kitchen was well equipped.

We are very surprised to have such a poor review as none of these concerns were brought to our attention other than in this review. We have our phone number and email address displayed at the house so that we can immediately remedy any issues. We ask each tenant for feedback at check-in, during and after their stay if anything needs repair, and you didn’t report anything at check in or check out, The previous tenant told us that everything was great for them and our regular cleaning crew didn’t report any damage ahead of your stay. Further, we ask if anything could use upgrades, or if there was anything else that we could equip the house with. You didn’t respond to this request either this year or last year. We would also point to the multiple reviews that we are particularly attentive to any issues. We are sorry you had trouble with the sliding door. Admittedly the appearance of the handle isn’t attractive (as a plastic cover isn’t replaceable), but it works with a gentle push to the right when you want to lock it. The lightbulb was replaced (though there are many other lights in the kitchen, so this is likely why it went unreported) After you reported the hairline crack in the stove (stove is new from the spring of 2021), we have schedule to replace the stovetop after this rental season. We did identify one mattress pad that needed to be replaced, thank you for letting us know. (We had new spare mattress pads in the hall closet) Carpets had been cleaned after your departure. You had given us accolades from your stay last summer and can only say that we wished you had reached out to us while you were there. Needless to say, we are disappointed by this review. We looked through our reviews and we have never had below a 4 star review in the hundreds of VRBO stays amongst the 6 properties that we manage.

Great Spot!

The property is right next to beach access. You are very close, short walk or drive to stores and restaurants yet in an area where less day travelers find the beach in front of the house. We had an amazing week with our family down the shore!

Can't beat the location

Location of this property is 5 Star. On the beach, so out the gate and up the dune and you are there, the views are amazing, especially the upper level bedroom. Close to grocery store, liquor store and park. Property was clean, but could used a good thorough cleaning. Would definitely rent here again!

Million dollar views

The view alone is worth every penny. Mesmerized by location, right on the beach, saw dolphins & sunrise every morning.

Great Location

Great place right on the water. fantastic beach views. Top bedroom is a hike to get to from the ground. Access to the beach is right from the decks. Had everything we needed.

Great beachfront house for small family

The 6701 South house was a great size for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8-15). The views and access to the beach were great. Bedrooms were of good size and space. Kitchen and dining area were very spacious. The only negatives were the parking spaces and loud main floor air conditioning vent. Parking was extremely tight with the neighbors having 4+ cars parked along their house and others having bikes in the driveway. The AC unit for the main floor and top floor was very loud. Could not really hear from other room into the kitchen while running. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend for a small family.

Great place on the beach

Stayed at this house multiple times and always pleased. Fabulous location right on the beach. Easy communication with the owner, responds quickly to any messages. Looking forward to our next stay.
