Privacy And Charm. Do you love to wine taste, shop and eat great food? This is the place. Less than 2 miles from downtown Healdsburg Plaza we are close to Dry Creek Valley entrance. Property is country and perfect for enjoying vineyard views on your long walks and cycling excursions. Enjoy your completely private space including deck equipped with outside seating. If you have a beloved canine, this is the place to be! Dogs are more than welcome but must be friendly to all creatures, clean, not get on furniture and without violent propensities. Guests must also bring pet beds and pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guest space is part of large family home (with no family anymore!). Your contract with owner will be tailored to each individual booking. Neighbors are courteous so please no loud music or parties. We look forward to seeing you.
Owner requests payments by way of personal check, cash or bank transfer. Space is suitable for 4 guests.
The County of Sonoma, Permit and Resource Management Department, requires posting of the following rules. The maximum overnight occupancy for this rental is 10 persons not including children under 3 years. The vacation rental must provide at least two off-street parking spaces and maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight guests shall be four. All activities associated with the rental shall meet the General Plan Noise Standards. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times. The TOT Certificate Number is 1193N.

Great location. Super close to town. Great bathroom and great shower. Also nice kitchenAnd outdoor patio. Interesting layout of living area makes hard to convene for an inside convo or TV night. And loud noise from water pump? Throughout evening in one bedroom. Host very responsive.

A lovely stay with a lovely host!

The property was so cute - the pictures don't do it justice! Roxanne was an excellent and communicative host. I told her we were celebrating my mom's 70th birthday and she very sweetly had a card and balloons for her in the kitchen! The center of town is very close by. I'd highly recommend this place and would be very glad to stay again!

Great House

What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!

Quiet Convenient Hideaway Close to Everything

Having been to the area many times it is always a pleasure when a place not only delivers what it says and then exceeds it! Roxanne was a pleasure to deal with direct and straightforward communication. The house and the rooms were well kept, clean and well setup with a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The deck off the kitchen was a welcomed spot at the end of day of winery exploration and provided a great location to sample some of the finds of the day. The location is just far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet of the country but close enough to enjoy a bike ride or decent walk into town or an uber at a low cost. On the flip side it is right on the way to winery heaven with the Westside Road just down the road where you can explore some of the world's best pinots and chardonnay. All in all, this was and is a great find. I would absolutely look at staying again if I had the opportunity.

Comfortable and convenient

Had a really nice stay here - was very close to the center of Healdsburg (no more than 5 min drive) and had everything we needed. Was very comfortable for three of us visiting Healdsburg for a wedding.

Quiet and Peaceful

Stayed three nights to attend a wine festival and go to the coast. Lovely home, quiet and peaceful away from the main street but close enough. Uber was plentiful and just a few dollars to get to town. It is a beautiful area.

This "cottage" is beautifully renovated and decorated with many whimsical and practical amenities. There is a nice gas stove that warms the house well. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped and modern. The grounds are nicely planted and have a multi-level wood deck, which I imagine is wonderful for morning coffee and evenings in the summer. Our Hostess was very gracious and kept us well informed. I would definitely come back given the opportunity.

Wonderful Healdsburg Getaway

Short turn off of Dry Creek Rd. Hidden in the trees and hills. Charming home with beautiful private outdoor area. House is well stocked for anything you may need and has a cozy fireplace. Roxanne was super helpful and accommodating. We love this area and would definitely stay here again. Close to Dry Creek General Store and a ton of wineries.

Great base for Sonoma Country Wine Quest

We decided to pick this property as it was within an easy trek to Healdsburg as well as very easy to hope on the 101 North or South for more wine adventures. The property is located up a secluded road and is nice & private. Everything was well stocked and decorated in an interesting and "wine-centric" manner. 2 of the artworks are from a favorite winery & I own one of those prints. Beds are super comfy and were a great relief after days, (we traveled separately), of long travel & airline delays. Outdoor seating areas were perfect! We would/will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a Great Stay!

Comfortable and Charming

Private retreat!

Our stay was made thoroughly successful by having this wonderful home to come back to or stop off in between outings. The location from Healdsburg is ideal. Your in the midst of wine country while still having a quiet,’private retreat to recharge! Roxanne is a very thoughtful host who accommodates your needs. She has appointed the home to meet your needs to feel at home. Staying here was a great experience and one worth repeating.

Great Location For a Northern Sonoma Wine Vacation

I've stayed in many places around Healdsburg and I would stay here again. The road up to it is narrow, but it's not too far up from the main road. The house was maybe even a little better than I thought based on the pictures & description. It's in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Roxanne was very responsive to communicate with.

This is the BEST!!

My friend and I are taking a cross country road trip. We rented this home for our stay in Sonoma. Roxanne is very welcoming, her home is AMAZING, the location is ideal. Very easy to get to, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Wonderful spot in Healdsburg!

A lovely spot, great outdoor area, well equipped home! Roxanne was very available and supportive even tho we did not have to co tact her during our stay it was good to know we could if we needed to! While I enjoy visiting large cities and exploring different cultures I consider myself a country girl having grown up in Carmel Valley, California. Sonoma County is beautiful and I love it here. I have purchased other homes in the area including in Healdsburg and Santa Rosa.

I have owned this country property for over 30 years. I was drawn to Healdsburg because it was a quaint and rustic farm town. It seemed like a great place to raise two daughters. Healdsburg has flourished over the years and now well known for eclectic offering of fine things in life--food, wine and fun!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love this location because it is country but not 'too' country. You might awaken to the sound of birds chirping, grapes growing, blackberries blossoming and fun loving people. I love the trees. You are close to the freeway entrance and about two miles to downtown (which is also a nice walk).
