The Seaview at Kona Pacific, 5th floor, Ocean view, 1 Bed/2 Bath

Come and enjoy the Big Island from our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit. It is a very well maintained, 5th floor, spacious corner unit with a huge lanai. Our one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 829 sq. ft. with an additional 269 sq. ft. of living on the wrap around lanai where you can sit and enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and ocean views. We are continuously updating and adding new touches to our condo; one improvement being full remodels of the kitchen and bathrooms. Recently, we also added some new furniture, artwork, and lanai ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use, an air conditioner, and an elevator close by.
The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well maintained grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, cabana, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have an assigned covered parking spot for your small-midsize car, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona. I really enjoyed my stay here! The place felt very safe and was super clean. I was in town for the Ironman event, and the location was great—about a mile from where most of the action happens, but still nice and quiet, which I really appreciated.I didn’t use the pool, but I relaxed in the room and cooked most of my meals. There was a good amount of cooking supplies, and I loved that they provided Tupperware, an ice maker, and even a rice cooker! The washer and dryer were a big plus too—they provided starter pods which was really thoughtful.The shower and water pressure were amazing. The only thing I’d note is that there aren’t blackout curtains, so it gets bright in the mornings (coming from Florida, I’m used to sleeping in ), but honestly, if I hadn’t been here for the race, I would’ve loved the natural light.The seating options inside and out on the back porch were great, and I absolutely loved the cart available for unloading groceries—it made things so easy! Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if I come back. Pictures are from my checkout day.

What a wonderful sea paradise home. The lanai was so beautiful along with the rest of the condo. It was exactly like the pictures (maybe even better). Gina provided excellent communications and information. The kitchen is ideal along with the coffee bar. Gina was gracious with supplies to get us going on our stay. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo has a parking space which was big enough for the Chevy Malibu we rented. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

We enjoyed your property and the view from the lanai of the ocean. I was a little concerned that we wouldn’t be able to keep the temp comfortable but with the a/c on and the fans going, it was perfect! We also liked just sitting on the lanai at breakfast and supper and feeling the breezes. I used the pool 3 times. Wonderful! And we treated it like our own. Respectfully. Having the beach towels and cooler was great for snorkeling trips. We got by with the one toilet. We renewed our vows after 44 years!

We are so glad we found your condo. The wall of windows is beautiful overlooking the ocean. You thought of so many extras that were handy to have like spices bags tin foil, etc. Especially handy were things for the beach, sunscreen for ocean. Umbrellas to use if we needed because it rains often on the Big Island.

This location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to historic downtown, a quiet beach not far from our front door, and an easy drive to other beaches! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, with a great view. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning to the peacefulness and sound of birds singing. This place was the ideal size for my husband and me, and we would love to return again!

Excellent!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Gina & Jake's. Very clean and comfortable, great location, and you have just about everything at your fingertips that you could possibly want. And Gina was quick to respond to any questions I had. I only cooked breakfast but the kitchen seems very well equipped. Nothing negative to say at all, even the pool was great. We knew in advance about the parking and we got a Nissan Sentra and would have not wanted anything bigger so that is our only word of caution. I'm not sure when we'll be back to Kona, but when we do, we would definitely want to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Condo and Location

34th Anniversary & Newly Retired Getaway

Our 1st trip to the big island, celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and recent retirement. The Seaview condo could not have been more perfect. The location is awesome, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants on Ali'i Drive. And the view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. After a day of site seeing, it was nice to have a welcoming and relaxed place to come home too. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. On our next trip to Hawaii, we hope to make The Seaview our home away from home. Thank you for sharing you condo with us.

What a nice place to stay!!!

We looked at multiple places to stay and chose this condo as it was close to shopping and dining. My wife and I celebrated our 34 yr anniversary and were nothing but elated with this place. The condo was immaculately clean , well furnished, easy to find and the private parking spot was very nice and accessible. Gina was wonderful to communicate with and responded promptly. The condo is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants as well as minutes from the airport. You have a great view and literally the lani is situated where neighbors are not visible and as such you are not visible to them, talk about feeling like your own private retreat! Thank you for a wonderful experience we now see why you have a 5 star rating! Mahalo!

Private Oceanview Condo

Very private, quiet and well maintained property. Short 5 minute walk to the closest beach which was great for watching the boogie boarders and surfers. We toured several coffee farms up in the amazing refreshing climate of the upcountry. Within walking distance of the main restaurant and shopping area. We would definitely stay here again.

4th of July week

Condo is perfectly located at the end of town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gina has literally thought of everything. Condo was spotless and has everything you need for beach days.

Cozy condo

This condo was in the best location. Close to the main shops, stores, and restaurants in Kono. The condo was well equipped with everything and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing with its views and comfort. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The best lanai

Great ocean view from the best lanai. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The condo had everything. We are seniors and the condo was quiet with lots of birds singing. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks Jake and Gina

Swimming Pool

We arrived to see signs that the swimming pool was closed and renovations were being carried out, which was slightly disappointing, as close by beaches were not really suitable to swim in or sit on. Car park space is very compact. Otherwise great location especially for the Kona Ironman event which we came for.

Great location!

This was a great rental! Very close to downtown so you can easily walk everywhere yet quiet in and around the unit itself. We loved the lanai specifically. You have a great view and we enjoyed reading and drinking our coffee out there every morning. Would definitely stay again :)

Awesome Condo

This condo is well kept, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The trees next to the balcony gave us great birding opportunities! The Rosy Cheeked Lovebirds were beautiful! The condo is away from the crowds and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and ocean.

Home away from home

We loved our stay here! The home was so well stocked down to the rice cooker and the salad spinner-it met all our needs. The view is fantastic and the complex was very quiet. While sitting on the patio, we saw so many birds and the landscaping was beautiful. The condo is situated so that the trees provided much privacy from the complex next to it. We felt completely tucked away. The covered parking space was a bonus and the home is well stocked with beach toys. A very short walk to shopping area, food, and the oceanfront. The property owner was very polite, responsive, and communicated with us prior to and after our stay. We will be staying her again for sure!
