Great house. Beautiful view of ocean. Small pool that was perfect for our 8 and 5 year old grandchildren. Few minor issues. Host handled them very quickly. We had an exceptional week.

You do need to rent beach chairs as the home does not provide them, but gives a cash credit for chairs or bikes. We picked the bikes.We would rent again.

The house was renovated and clean; however, we had an issue with a bathroom upstairs that 4 people were sharing in that the faucet was broken and they couldn’t use it. The location is convenient but there were a few issues with a house behind us that had extreme noise levels so much so that we had to put a complaint in with the town. The parking is extremely tight if you have more than 2 cars. The pool and beach access are great.

We apologize for the issue with the upstairs hall bathroom during your stay. Since your departure, the tub hardware has been replaced with all new hardware and the issue has been resolved. The views were wonderful and the ease of getting to the beach was great. The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was also great to be able to bring our dog. We loved the neighborhood and the shopping just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful vacation!

Absolutely beautiful property and great location. It was great having ocean front views for most bedrooms with private baths for most. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Wonderful house overlooking the beach and ocean. The house is beautiful and very clean and just as described. Great communication with property management … easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood could not be better … quiet established neighborhood with great walking and also very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back - it can’t be soon enough! Thank you.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the older folks in our group appreciated the handrail and stable walking surface. The many windows provided a lovely view of the ocean. Easy access to the bike/walking path as well as quick to get to Coligny. We had issues with the oven and microwave within the first couple of days, and Brandon was extremely responsive in addressing the issues. We also left some shoes behind, and the property management company was able to ship those to us. The only recommendations would be to add a handrail into the pool and a few more spare blankets, as it can get a little chilly in the main room when relaxing in the evening watching movies or doing a puzzle. Great experience overall, would recommend and would stay here again.

We Loved This Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience here at 65 Dune Lane was great! The house is a few steps from the beach and was located very close to all of the restaurants and shops in the area. The house is beautiful inside and was a perfect size for our family. We were told our pool would be heated when we arrived. It felt chilly compared to a normal heated pool so we gave it a day to see if it would feel better. We were only there 5 days so unfortunately we spent two days out of the pool because it turned out it wasn't heated as promised when we would arrive. BUT we called the management company and they sent someone out immediately to figure out the problem. I would just make sure to confirm this is heated prior to your arrival. I would come back!

Great Rental, great vacation

The location is less busy as it is in a more residentia area, but close to Caligny for shopping and restaurants. Love the heated pool, ping pong, basketball hoop but most of all being on the beach. Rental company was very accommodating, and responsive with our questions as we planned our trip.

The home is beautiful but the views are amazing! We had a few issues but Coastal Homes and Villa’s came right out. Check-in is at 4:00 but when we got there the cleaning people were still working. Never left til 4:20. Then, they were ringing the doorbell at 7:20 am before we left! The steps are much steeper than they look in the pictures, I have bad knees so I tried not to go up and down too much. My little Maltese had an hard time on them too. Also, a railing to get in and out of the pool would be nice. I had a little trouble stepping down into the pool. We had a few good storms so a covered patio would be nice on the main level to watch them in. Having an outside shower was nice to rinse the sand off! A bathroom by the pool would be a big plus as well as another refrigerator down there! They say there aren’t any beach toys but there is a lot in the tub plus we left more too.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveled with six adults and two small children; we had plenty of room for our family in this great beach home. We loved the location, each bedroom had it's own bathroom (a real plus) and the communication with Coastal Home & Villa. They were terrific! Answered any questions we had almost immediately; Pros; great large home, appointed well with a really good location. We loved the Dune Lane area;Cons; the pool could have been larger for six adults and one child and a larger deck with seating for more than four would have been really nice. However, neither of these cons impacted our stay at all! We loved HH and hope to return in the near future!
