Welcome to your vacation at The Salty Palm. Located in highly desired Frangista Beach neighborhood in the heart of Destin. You'll delight in the cozy sophistication and charm of this 3-bedroom bungalow only steps from the beach. This home includes all the amenities you could hope for in the perfect beachside neighborhood. Complimentary beach service is offered March-October. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup on the beach for you each day at no charge to you.

The Salty Palm features custom-built queen-sized bunks, a screened in porch with plush patio furniture, coastal modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and more! The private community beach access is a quick 4-minute walk away. The community pool is just steps away from the home. Pack a picnic and enjoy lunch on the sand or visit one of the many nearby local restaurants.

Alvin's Island Beach Store is 2 blocks west; Pompano Joe's (fresh Gulf-caught seafood & beach bar) is just beyond; 2 blocks east is Emerald Coast Wine Cellars, Bad Ass Coffee! Dine on the beach at Surf Hut Restaurant or enjoy oysters at Austons on 98.

Beach Service is provided by La Dolce Vita and includes 2 chairs/1 umbrella. Guests are more than welcome to purchase additional items if they would like. They can reach out to La Dolce Vita prior to their arrival or speak with the attendant on site at the beach.

Vehicle parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
Pet Friendly- Pet fee does apply. 1 large dog or 2 small dogs permitted.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
