Welcome home to your very own island oasis with all the luxuries of Gulfside living!! This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a beach-goers dream come true! Located mid-island in Sanibel Surfside in the heart of Sanibel Island near shell-strewn beaches, miles of bike paths, and nearby shopping and restaurants! Upon entering the condo you are greeted with a spacious open floor-plan combining the living & dining room and shared kitchen space. Your eyes will be immediately drawn to the beautiful beach backdrop and the sparkling Gulf in the near-by distance.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed & a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

The unit is extremely clean and equipped with almost everything you can think of. There is a storage closet downstairs that has beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few floaties. If you’re needing any help, the host is very easy to get ahold of. The unit is one floor up and you have the option of stairs or an elevator. The best part out the unit is the large glassed in back porch. You can open it and listen to the beach or close it all off and have an air conditioned back porch area. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Paradise

This was our second time staying in this condo and we hope to be back next year. We love sanibel and this condo is perfect for our family of 4. The view is amazing and less than 30 seconds to the beach is fantastic when toting around two small children. Do yourself and your family a favor and come stay at this condo.

Great Condo

Great Condo!! Pros: view is great, very clean(this is a big deal to me), beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen, quiet area and nice pool. Cons: we could have used some plastic containers for our left overs, the noseeum bugs are no joke, make sure you take bug spray and some recommended baby oil to create a barrier, they were out and biting at dawn and dusk so that kept us inside and not walking the beach which was a bummer! Otherwise a great condo!

Beautiful view, nice decor, well stocked

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The lanai that stretches across the living room and master bedroom is very nice. We spent quite a bit of time in the comfy chairs just watching the ocean which really is steps away. The pictures accurately depict the unit. The sound of the waves at night is very relaxing. The unit was very well stocked and in good condition. We bicycled (rented from Billys) a lot during our stay. The pool was the perfect temp and we enjoyed the shuffle board while we bbq'd. We would definitely go back.

Sanibel is a very special place and we purchased this condo because of the view and proximity to the beach which is impossible to describe and must be experienced. Perfect Location, Nice Place

The location of this condo can't be beat and the view from the porch was incredible. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning with some coffee and at night with a cocktail!! The unit itself is nice but a bit dated. The mattresses were too hard for our liking and a few rusted/older things that if replaced would go a long way (beach chairs and lint catcher in the dryer - which is broken and rusted). Sanibel vacations was easy to work with and very nice. Overall, a few updates would take a nice place and make it awesome!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful well-decorated condo directly facing the ocean. Our only complaint was the mattresses - very hard, creaked loudly with movement, and uncomfortable. The building is in a great location but is older and the grounds consist of mostly paved driveway, rather than grass. The pool faces the driveway.

Lynda, thank you for your review & feedback regarding your stay at Sanibel Surfside #114! We are sorry you weren't pleased with the mattress, but we can assure you that the mattress was just replaced in May 2022, so hopefully the next time you return you will be pleasantly surprised by the comfortable NEW mattress!

I just loved the view from the balcony/lanai. We spent most of our time out there whenever we were in the condo. The kitchen was great and the whole place was very clean. The walk in shower was our choice and the best shower. Only problem was the dining room chairs need new support - sink in middle. Enjoyed all the toys and chairs in the closet downstairs. Pool was great and very clean. Parking excellent. We would definitely come again if it was just us two. Probably too small for our extended families.

That gorgeous direct Ocean view is what we feel in love with when we bought the unit! We enjoy hearing from our guest and are very happy you enjoyed your stay! The Tommy Bahama dining room chairs have a large base. We will have them looked at to see what can be done to make them more comfortable. The downstairs closet, we made a decision to have this “fun” closet for our guest to use those beach items with their stay an added bonus. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo again.
