Welcome to our peaceful, corner suite at Coral Resort. Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, our beautifully designed suite is perfectly located with the beach just 2 blocks away and a view of the channel at the bottom of your steps! Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort. The resort features a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard. There's free parking on-site.



Comfortable Accommodation:

- Corner suite unit A-5, a studio suite (250 sqft)

- Accommodates 2 guests, with few exceptions (e.g., small child)

- Quiet atmosphere due to corner location



Interior Feeling:

- Open layout providing ample space

- Full bed (murphy bed, set up prior to arrival)

- Pillows, sheets, and sunlight from views



Outdoor Bliss:

- Direct pool access

- Beautiful water views from the suite

- Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but not guaranteed

- Nearby stores available for purchasing more supplies



Pests:

- Regular pest treatment in place

- Common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders

- No refunds offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance available if needed

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: General construction has been completed throughout the property. There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule. There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building. All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed. Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours.



By booking with us, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire resort. Parking is free but a parking pass must be placed on the dashboard.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.



The Neighborhood:

Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all *right there*. Don't even need a car.



Getting Around:

Everything is walkable.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.



⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
