House of as perfect for our needs plus some. Everything was fully stocked, especially for a family that may be flying and not wanting to have to pack minor household needs that some properties may not provide; shampoo, paper products, linens etc. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your review. We have to maintain a 4pm check in as the guests prior have a check out that morning. It is necessary to give some time in order to not rush the cleaning, so nothing is overlooked! We can often accommodate early check in though if we know ahead of time! We also provide plenty of Tupperware instead of Ziplock baggies! Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we hope you had a great time and refer us to future baseball friends and families!

Everything you need and more!!!

We stayed at After the Game Apt 2 last week when my son played at Cooperstown Baseball World. It couldn’t have been more convenient to his dorm. The beds were so comfortable and all rooms are air conditioned. They even had games for the kids in the bavk yard. We found a wonderful Park at the end of the street that my daughter loved. Tim was very attentive checking on us though out our stay. I would highly recommend renting from this owner. Thank you!!

Clean and convenient

House is older two story home with a unit upstairs and downstairs. We (family of 4) had the lower unit and it was very clean, comfortably furnished and had TVs, A/C and fans in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location was super convenient as it was a few minutes from the stores, restaurants and All Star Village. Only complaint is the shower was a bit noisy (assuming due to old pipes in an older home) and you can hear the people upstairs. That said, we were gone most of the days at games and touring the area so was not an issue. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay for Cooperstown tourney.

It was good. The only problem was because of the weather it rained most of the time so we were in the house. With a teenage daughter. TVs are not all smart. Only one TV is smart. The other are dish TVs. Cable was out most of the time. I would recommend bringing a fire stick if you have.

Good location for Cooperstown All Star Village

Clean apartment that is conveniently located 3 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village (ASV) but a bit old and run down. The front patio is a bit sketchy, slanted down outward. The wood floors were squeaky so we could hear the folks upstairs walking but then again, like us, they were home to just sleep for the night and gone all day the next morning so it wasn't bad. Just a heads up, there were no condiments, nothing in the apartment except a salt shaker, a pepper shaker, some packets of splenda, Maxwell coffee and ONE .38oz Nestle creamer. If you want to cook, you would have to buy everything you need so for that reason, we didn't really touch the kitchen. Giving this place a 4 star rating because of the cleanliness, location & the host's pro-active communication. (He offered to bring us creamer but we were already there for 3 days & I didn't really want to bother him or his staff).

Thank you choosing to stay with us for the week! As we posted in our listings we supply coffee and non dairy creamer, sugar and splenda as well as salt and pepper. We do not supply any other condiments as we do not know what families plan on doing while here nor are we aware if anyone has allergies to anything specific. We can and we will bring you anything that is needed within reason. Cleanliness and location is important to us. Oneonta is a old town and has old beautiful homes. This home is located just a few short blocks away from Main Street, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and parks. Please tell your friends and club about All Star Baseball Rentals for future years! We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again as well!

Great location for All Star Village

My family and I stayed here while my son played at CASV. Location was very close to the fields and shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space for everyone! Communication with Tim was easy and quick. We even managed to go paddle boarding nearby at Silliman Cove which was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this to any family going to CASV. Thanks!

Management was outstanding

We had 2 small issues within the first two days but Tim and Ray went above and beyond to resolve those issues and make sure we were happy and comfortable for the rest of our stay. Their communication was quick and easy and they fixed it for us so we could enjoy our family vacation and the Cooperstown experience. We could not be happier with how it turned out! Thank you Tim and Ray!

This was a great apartment close to All Star Village. The location was perfect for our late night and early morning games. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in Cooperstown for baseball at ASV.
