The house itself was great (comfy beds, big open living area with comfy couch, great movie room) and the view unbeatable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, although we were informed only after we committed to the property that heating the pool over 75 would cost (a good deal) extra per day. (And there was only one pool umbrella, not 2 as in the photos, which was annoying on hot sunny days.) Not pictured in the photos are child gates on all the stairs, which can be difficult for adults (especially older ones) to navigate. I would definitely stay at the house again, however I would be very reluctant to deal with the rental company again. Although they responded almost immediately to every inquiry it was obvious no one I corresponded with (via VRBO inbox or phone) had ever been to the house or really had any idea about the house other than reading out of a manual or something. I spent a good deal of time trying to communicate with them until I basically gave up on most things (e.g. broken ice makers) and decided to just enjoy my vacation in this beautiful location!
