We provide you with basic household items (coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, welcome drink, toiletries etc.), but in case of longer stays or more needs, please take care of your comfort.
Of course, we are at your disposal for extra requests, for a fee.

We will meet you in person, we can help you with anything, we will be nearby if you need us! All this to make your stay here as comfortable as possible.

-DEPOSIT IS 200€ IN CASH AT CHECK-IN, without this you cant check in!
In case of no damage of loss in the apartment you get back the deposit at check-out.

In the city center of Budapest, at Keleti Railway Station. One of the busiest areas, outstanding in terms of public transportation. Metro, train, bus, trolleybus, taxi, scooter. Entertainment options. Within walking distance of Budapest's most popular plaza - Arena, the City Park, New York Café, museums, stadiums, pedestrian streets.

1 metro stop or 10 minute walk to the Pap László Sports Arena, the Puskás Arena and the BOK Hall. The metro station is near the apartment.


Check IN from 3PM

Early check-in is possible - from 9am in case of availability ( inquire about the details)- fee 55€ .

Late check -in - from 11 pm -fee 55€ .



Check OUT before 10AM

Late check-out is possible - to 4 pm in case of availability ( inquire about the details) fee 55€.

Early check -out -before 7am -fee 55€.

The cleaning fee for the accommodation is payable separately. In case of EXTREME pollution and dirt, we may charge a surcharge from the deposit when the guest leaves. During your stay, cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. Please keep the apartment neat and clean.

Requests for late arrival (check - in) or early check-out must always be confirmed by the accommodation. The host handles the handing over of the keys personally. Be sure to arrange a key handover time with the host before the guest's arrival. Otherwise, you may have to wait.

RULES:

-Maximum 6 guests in total (including children)
-Parties are not allowed, events are not allowed.
-Pets are not allowed.
-All guests are required to have a valid photo ID to check in.
-Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs guest will be declined.
-In case of damage guest has to cover it.
-This is a non smoking apartment. Smoking is only on the coridor.
-Keep cleaniness, extreme garbage dirtiness, make up on towels is 50€ fee
-In case of loss of keys 100€ replacement fee applies.

-Storing luggages is not possible. ( we dont want to disturb the guests before or after you with your luggages being stored. )
