Everything was great. There is one thing that I would say to mention in the ad is that it does come with beach chairs. I called to ask if you had them and they didn’t say it was part of the listing so I brought chairs, but I didn’t really need

The condo was exactly as expected/described. We were happy to find beach chairs in the closet unexpectedly. The beach was much quieter than further north. The pool was pretty busy each day. We had a lovely week at Lands End and hope to be back.

Beautiful, peaceful condo and beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay and spending time on our balcony overlooking the bay. It was a two minute walk to the beach, which we walked most mornings. Unfortunately, our condo's elevator was out of service while we were there.

Sunset Beach

I have stayed on Treasure Island for a few weeks the past 2 years and decided to book 2 weeks in a condo at Lands End this year because the complex looked beautiful and was located in my favorite area with direct beach access to Sunset Beach. This was a perfect rental for me and the unit contained everything possible that I could need. Great location in the complex, nice water views and close to the pool and hot tub. While the weather was not so great for my 2 weeks stay I still enjoyed my time there. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Lands End July 2022 Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay, gate entrance was nice, assigned parking space was nice, room was nice. We did feel that the people before us did not leave the unit in as good of shape as they should. In particular the dishes in the cabinet were greasy and some had crumbs on them. Seemed like they were wipe off and put away. stainless was suspicions as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to call agency Monday am for help on multiple items. They were very responsive. Thank you! Missed having 2 beach chairs & beach towels. There was only 1 of each. Unit needs some TLC. Location was perfect. The bed needs box spring or something. It was not comfortable. Would not rent unit again.

The beach is wonderful...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ...but the apartment was not my satisfaction. For $ 110.00 you expect a well-kept apartment - the carpet was not vacuumed, the dishwasher is scrap and we do not want to talk about the washer and dryer. Of the other things provided we do not talk ... all cheap quality and partly broken! This is my third stay in this apartment - I will not book another stay. There are nicer and cheaper apartments nearby!

Adequate unit but not impressed. Cleanliness of unit was only fair. Sheets were pilly and rough. Cheapest toilet paper and scott towels. Dirty fridge and shower with used soap and someone’s hairs. Resort Rentals did not reply to my email. Nice area, just would not rent this unit again.

The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were charged a $30 fee at Lands End to park our car. We’ve rented there through RR many times and never had a parking fee but RR did not inform us of this ahead of time. We also called a Few days before our arrival asking about red tide and was told no problem. I understand red tide comes and goes but we had difficulty breathing, our eyes watered and hurt and many people were coughing and sneezing. So I guess it’s the responsibility of renter to ascertain conditions not RR.

Our first trip to St Petersburg

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A convenient location with some good views. A nice gated community. Lots of to do right there. The place was a little dirty and no batteries in the remotes. I had to remount the rollers on track so the closet doors wouldn't fall on one of us. There was a screen door behind the couch, several burnt out bulbs, and a broken dimmer switch. The balcony door was hard to slide. It really needs some maintenance. But, overall we had a great time!
