Spacious and Family-Friendly Layout
The Snapper is thoughtfully designed for families and groups, offering plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms across two levels.

On the main floor, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room stocked with a wide array of board games—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a game night with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen features a large bar for 6, and the separate dining area provides a great spot for shared meals. Just down the hall, a cozy queen bedroom offers direct access to the back deck, where you’ll find comfortable lounge seating to unwind outdoors. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom completes this level, offering convenience and privacy for guests.

Upstairs, the roomy primary suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. You’ll also find another queen bedroom and a shared bathroom, along with a fun bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed - ideal for kids or teens. Both the queen and bunk rooms open to a large upper deck with seating and games, perfect for relaxing or enjoying evening breezes.

TRIP PROTECTION: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
The primary guest must be 25+, provide ID, and be present during the entire stay.
A signed RENTAL AGREEMENT and booker's ID are REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS and will be shared at the time of Booking. Rental agreement shall be signed within 48 hours of booking.

🧼 Starter Kit
To help you settle in, The Snapper provides a convenient Starter Kit with essentials to get you through the first 24 hours. This includes:
kitchen trash can liners
Dishwashing packets
Sponge and dish soap
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap
For anything beyond the starter supplies, you’ll find Walmart, and Publix, just a short drive away.

Golf Cart Use:
A street-legal golf cart (LSV) may be available for guest use during your stay. Use of the LSV requires:
– A signed waiver and release of liability by the booking guest
– Submission of a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance of all operators
– Operators must be licensed drivers age 24 or older

For security and loss-prevention purposes, Apple AirTags are attached to the bikes to help locate them if misplaced or removed from the property.
