Scenic Villa Overlooking Two Beaches, a National Park, and Mountains – Minutes to the Beach

Thank you so much for your review, Julie!

We are happy to hear you had a good time with your friends and that you had a nice stay and enjoyed. Thanks for the comments, we do address the reports as soon as our guests let us know about it, in this case we did not hear about the items you mentioned above except for the A/C that our maintenance team went and repaired the issue. Wish we knew about the rest so we could fix it. Thanks for staying with us!

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your review! We are thrilled to know your enjoyed your stay in Casa Xanadu! We look forward to hosting you again here in Tamarindo! Pura Vida!

Hi Greg, thanks for your comments. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the property but hope you had an overall good time and could enjoyed Tamarindo and the country. We would like to take this opportunity and clarify with you and all our potential guests that all the house information is clearly stated in our listing, we mention the house is located in a hill, it wouldn't have such an spectacular view otherwise. It is also displayed us recommending a 4x4 car for the unpaved road up the hill. The pictures in the listing shows the house and bedrooms as it is. We hoped that you could of take the time to check on the house description before your arrival, we encourage all our future guests to always check on the information displayed, check the pictures and ask us any questions if there's doubts, so there's no surprises. ps: no mattress situation was ever mentioned during the stay until this review unfortunately. Cheers!

Thank you for your comments. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the magnificent view of the house and could enjoy the sunsets. We will take this opportunity to clarify the points from your review for our future guests. The minute you reported the garage remote, we replied that the opener was taken by our previous guests by mistake and we were trying to recover it but that you could use the garage button to open and close it. You had access to the garage by simply pushing a button. About the road, it is true the house is located on a steep hill in a dirt road, this is why we recommend in our listing to rent a 4x4 car (or ATV/UTV). Unfortunately part of your review is based on the public road and not the house. Lastly, the pool was and is in optimal condition, it's one of the nicest features of the house as it is reflected in our reviews. We hope you had an overall good time in the Tamarindo area and Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Thank you Scott for your review! Glad to hear you had a fantastic time in Casa Xanadu and you found everything as expected. So happy you enjoyed the house and the beautiful view.
