Perfect! All rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything you need to make family meals. Location is great and walkable to City Market and coffee shop. 10/10 would recommend!

Great house, location and value. Just as described along with pictures. Even had tow hot air balloons land outside our back porch on Sunday morning. There was a heat wave while there and without A/C, the upstairs was warm when we arrived, but each night we opened the windows that cooled down the house down for the next day.We will definitely be back next time in Pagosa Springs. Great value!

Lovely home. The beds were really comfortable. There is no air conditioning which I didn’t realize when I booked. But there were box fans and proper use of those in the evening and at night when it cooled off outside was really effective.

Great location, great for the fam

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking to get out of Durango for a couple of days but didn't want to go too far, so we took a short drive over to Pagosa Springs for some Hot Springs and Wolf Creek fun. This place was great. Very convenient to good coffee and doughnuts, pizza and a great trail for walking the dogs. Plenty of room, exceptionally clean and comfortable beds made for a great stay overall. We'll be back!
