Spectacular waterfront home located at the southern end of lake Norman on a point next to an undeveloped lot that provides you substantial privacy and comfort. Enjoy wide expansive views of Lake Norman and the main channel but have the benefits of being on a quiet cove with limited traffic. Great breeze comes through most of day.

Awaken to the birds and the sun streaming in the windows on the front of the house in the morning and watch the sun set each evening off the screened in porch or open deck.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched dock listening to the sounds of the lake as it comes alive.

We are located twenty minutes from Birkdale Shopping Center(i-77 and 73) off Unity Church Road. Put your boat in at the public launch (Beatty's Ford), that is five minutes away, then slide it into our slip. Put your jet skis up on the jet ski lifts. Westport/Safe Harbor Marina is conveniently located five minutes by boat where there are rentals, fuel, supplies and more. Easy shopping at Harris Teeter or Publix within ten minutes. Shops, cinemas, restaurants, everything is close by.

Wood floors throughout the main part of the house, each of the bedrooms has carpeting. 65" 4 K TV provides an incredible HD viewing experience. Blue ray DVD player is incorporated into the stereo system. Blue tooth speaker available for outdoor music. TV's in each of the bedrooms. Sit on the deck or screened in porch (with two ceiling fans) and enjoy the boat traffic or your margaritas as you see fit.

Public volleyball courts close by, golf courses, tennis courts and more. Swimming in deep water right off the dock or try your luck fishing. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available to be used.

The interior of the house is modern and up to date with the living and dining areas of this open concept home providing direct access to and views of the lake. Enjoy the breeze coming through the house.

The private pier has a floating boat slip that is available for renters as well as two jet ski ramps. The deep water at the end of the dock provides cooler refreshing water and the shallow area is perfect for wading. We have a variety of life jackets but to ensure proper fit we encourage you to bring your own.

Excellent dining, both fine and casual abound throughout Denver, mooresville and Cornelius. Movie theaters, Ben and Jerry's you are close to it all.

All fluffy white towels and linens provided and a full tray of kitchen staples. Panni and waffle machine too!
NOTE: 7 night minimum , will consider a month rental in off season.

Perfect Location with perfect host.

This property offered everything we needed, as we were visting local family. And enjoyed the screened porch with my elderly mother, and outdoor areas with my grandchildren. Went kayaking and enjoyed the lake's beauty.

A Gem on the Lake

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at Sara and Terry’s beautiful lake house. The house is located at the end of a quiet street, on a large and private lot, with beautiful deep water lake frontage and an amazing dock. The house itself was clean, cozy and very well stocked with everything you could want (both kitchen and activities). The kids enjoyed hours of air hockey and playing by the water, and the adults enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake on the screened in porch. Communications with Sara and Terry were great. We appreciated the clear check-in and check-out instructions, and all of their really great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. It was the perfect place for our visit, and we hope to stay there again next time we are in town.

Family Get-away

Family Get Away- Lake Norman

Beautiful Lake home, nice layout with beautiful screen porch/ dock. The home was close to shopping, golf and restaurants. We rented a pontoon and took daily excursions on Lake Norman. This was a really nice lake home. Kitchen was well - stocked and it was very clean/ well cared for home. We loved hanging out in the screen porch and on the dock. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!We had some really nice family time!

Amazing place, amazing views, great location..wish we could stay longer

Sarah was amazing to work with. She was informative, helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a peaceful lake side retreat.

Nice place to stay

House was very nice, clean, well stocked. Description was accurate. Had great time on the lake swimming, paddle boards, and kayaks. Also rented boat from nearby marina.

A wonderful home right on the water. Fully appointed with everything you can need.

This is a real home that makes you feel like you belong here. Water views are fantastic and the property is close to everything you will need. We will definitely be coming back.

Cozy lakefront holiday

My sister and I spent Christmas here and had such a lovely time. Sara the owner was so helpful and kind. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. The fireplace was so cozy and the view of the lake is amazing. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I am sure it is amazing in the summer but I also recommend it during the colder weather. This was a holiday to remember.

What a relaxing stay!

The house and location are both just fantastic. Home has everything you need to just sit back and enjoy the views. Back porch was a hit for relaxing and reading. Still close to some great restaurant choices and shopping. The owner contacts were also top notch, very impressive from booking to when we left the home. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing time on Lake Norman!

Fabulous! Great week spent on the lake.

This home is wonderful. The bedrooms were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the porch was great and the lake access was perfect. Easy to get a boat, kayaks or just floating tubes in and out. Friendly owners who want to ensure your stay meets expectations.

You will love this lake front home! All wonderful!

We loved our stay at Breezy Point! A great open concept with a sense of welcome and comfort from the moment we walked in! Our favorite spots were sitting on the dock in the sun and the screened in porch which came in handy when a bit of rain was coming down. LOVED our experience and will be back our next trip to the Charlotte / Lake Norman area.

First trip to Lake Norman

The property was perfect for our needs. It was right on the water but had some privacy from other homes. We used the kayaks almost every day and enjoyed floating on the lake on the hot afternoons. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you need for vacation.

Beautiful! Everything you can possibly need.

My husband and two daughters loved staying here. The house is perfect in every way...from the beautifully landscaped yard, to the open floor plan with gorgeous lake views. The owners were so helpful and nice. Everything was clean and well kept. Location was perfect...close to shopping, grocery and eating places. You will love it here! Dock is perfect for watching the sunset.

Awesome place!

The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is wonderful and it lacks for nothing! It has more amenities than I have ever seen in my 20 years of renting through VRBO. The owner is beyond nice and incredibly helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. And the lake is amazing. I highly recommend renting here.

Exceptional and Perfect!!

Very impressed with the property, the lake, the neighborhood, the dock and the owner. The property has everything and more that you need. The neighborhood is very quiet and extremely friendly neighbors. The lake is clean and beautiful. The dock is very well kept and all the cushions, umbrellas, and chairs are supplied. Owners respond very quickly to any questions or concerns. A+ all around and cant wait to return

Home away from home on Lake Norman!

This home comfortably fit my family with adult children. The lake views were stunning. Sara is an amazing host! The home comes richly furnished and the beds were cozy! Kayaks and paddle boards all included. We swam from the shore and docked a rented pontoon at the house. Wifi supported the whole family after a day on the lake. The kitchen is wonderful for family meals. Will definitely come back!

Rented a house - Felt like home

The owners, Sara and Terry, thought of every little detail and more. Lake Norman was on my hit list for a while and I booked the house for a family vacation with my wife and adult kids. The house was spotless, well equipped, very comfortable and the view is amazing. Sara was great checking in to make sure everything was fine and was very responsive answering questions. My wife summed it up best when she said it felt like we were staying at a friends house. Five stars for sure!

Just Perfect

This home was just perfect for us in every way! It was impeccably clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything we could have possibly wanted or needed during our stay. Sara, the owner and our main contact was just delightful, attentive and accommodating from start to finish. Fabulous location and neighborhood setting. Convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and Westport Marina (best pontoon rentals on the lake imho). The sandy beach area with shallow water was a hit with my 3 young grandkids who visited us daily. Great dock with deep water made boating easy. A lovely home, wonderful owners, a tremendous experience. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing Home with an Amazing Host

I cannot say enough about my stay, from the moment I landed the Hosts were accommodating beyond measure! The property is located at the end of a beautiful street that over looks the Lake, with your own private dock and beach area for those warm summer days. I’ve already booked my return stay for the summer with the family and cannot wait to experience the long days of summer together. I highly recommend this property, it is in a perfect location and fully stocked with anything you can possibly could need. Sara and Terry, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for me and making sure my stay was as wonderful that it truly was. See you in the summer!

Awesome Lake Norman Retreat

We stayed at this beautiful home for one month. It was a great Denver location near shopping, restaurants, and Charlotte. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Sarah was very accommodating to our needs and always available for any questions or concerns. The kitchen was well stocked and even included an electric grill, crockpot, and individual drink blender. Our two teenage sons enjoyed using the kayaks as well as fishing off the dock. We highly recommend this VRBO and hope to return in the future. A special thanks to the owners Sara and Terry. A Beautiful Week On The Lake

We enjoyed our week in this home away from home on Lake Norman. It has everything you could need while on vacation. The kitchen is beautifully redone and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and have very cozy bedding. The bathrooms are both very spacious and have plenty of room for your things. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the cove every morning. The small beach area and shallow water to walk into are nice for swimming. The deck is very nice for sitting outside and has a lot of shade. The screen porch is great too! This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were so comfortable here and were sad to leave. We didn't want it to end.

We purchased the lakehouse to have someplace for our children to retreat from the city and enjoy life on the lake. The calm, the quiet of the water. They have had a great time, swimming, wakeboarding, fishing, water skiing, surfing, paddle boarding. They are now grown and we wanted to share the lakehouse with others. I am a hands-on owner and will meet you when you arrive.

Clean, well appointed lakehouse right on the water gives you the feeling of being away on one of the largest lakes in the region. We loved it due to the proximity of the water, accessibility to marinas, and all major amenities. Short 2 hour drive to the mountains. Sun all day and beautiful sunsets every night.

Our home is situated just off the main channel in a cove that provides calm waters. Wide expansive views going across the lake give you the feel of just how immense Lake Norman actually is.

Enjoy the BBQ and the sun as it slowly dips down over the horizon lingering long enough to cast long shadows. The privacy of the cove affords the comfort and luxury of being able to sit back
