Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 4 bath oceanfront home. Enjoy amazing views from our upper and lower oceanfront decks. The private decks offer direct access to the beach. Enjoy spacious tile showers, granite countertops, stainless appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 5 Smart TV's - it's a beautiful home filled with amenities!

Maximum Occupancy: 12.

There is an elevator for easy access from ground to the two floor above to assist those with mobility issues, with hauling groceries, bringing in luggage, and transporting beach gear to the decks for safe keeping and easy access during your stay.

LAYOUT

Ground Floor: Foyer with access to stairs, elevator, and the owner's private storage area.

Level 2: Bedroom 1 has private bath, king bed, sliding glass door to lower deck; Bedroom 2 has private bath, king bed, sliding glass door to lower deck; Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds and a private bath with tub. There is also a hallway closet with stacked full-size washer/dryer for tenant use.

Level 3: Open layout with living room, dining room and kitchen. Bedroom 4 is behind the kitchen (street-side) with king bed and door to shared full-sized bathroom. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa.

Central heating & air conditioning throughout along with four ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. Kitchen features a Whirlpool French door refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and 12 cup traditional coffee maker. Starter ground coffee, K-cups, sweetener, creamers and tea bags are provided.

There are 32” Smart TVs in every bedroom with streaming apps available (use your own log in information, and don't forget to sign out).

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, as well as two rolls of toilet paper to get you started. There is also dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags in the kitchen, and laundry detergent for the full-size front load washer and dryer.

For those of you with littles in your party, we have a Pack-n-Play, high chair, baby gate and baby bath tub available for your use.

Living area has a 65” HD Smart TV, DVD player and movie collection, board games and a variety of take one/leave one books.

The house has wireless high speed (1GB) internet access.

Upper and lower decks are furnished with comfortable, durable outdoor seating with small tables.

There is a ground-level, locked storage room available for tenant use that is stocked with beach gear (umbrella, chairs, beach toys).

Private driveway/parking with universal electric vehicle charging station inside carport.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Gas grill (gas provided).

No smoking allowed in house.

No tenant pets permitted.

Quality sound insulation between units and privacy wall on decks.

Guests have access to the entire house except for one owner's closet off the foyer, one owner's storage off the carport, and one locked cabinet in the kitchen above the refrigerator.
