Cooks will love the fully equipped kitchen with brand new Kenmore appliances, Hamilton Beach blender, toaster and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen and family room is a high-top dining table and several high-seats located around the kitchen's granite bar-top. Step out back and enjoy a covered patio overlooking a private landscaped yard with plenty of shade.

Mom, Dad or the group leader will love the master down bedroom equipped with a deluxe king bed, a 47' JVC flat screen TV, large double vanity private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, plenty of storage in the walk-in closet and dresser, and private access to the outdoor patio.

There are three bedrooms located on the second floor providing a variety of sleeping options: Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, and bedroom 3 includes two queen beds. All rooms come equipped with 36' JVC flat-screen TVs and plenty of storage in the walk-in closets and dressers. A full-size bath is centrally located on the second floor for easy access.
