This spacious Lazy River 4 BR Private Home with rear 1000 Ft Roof Deck has two floors of living space along with a second floor private deck. an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, Living room and all bedrooms include smart TV and internet router. Full size Kitchen, including small appliances, full size refrigerator, range/oven & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided.
Two Full bathrooms, First Floor bath has a stand up shower and second floor bathrooms has tub and shower. Each Bedroom has a Queen bed, except for the fourth second floor bedroom that has two twins.

. Rear Courtyard and large roof deck with spiral staircase with sun lounge chairs available during day time hours. Outdoor Shower and BBQ. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Cottage In home WIFI Internet provided through out the property by FIOS . Central Air Conditioning and Two Parking spaces
There are no on site pools at this location . Guests have optional paid access to the weather park and wave pool across the streets for just $150 additional can have access to our two pools at our swim club location, three blocks away ..

* For the months of July & August, all daily and weekend rentals (4 days or less) are part of our Magical Collection Rentals and include free linen & towel drop off and one adult weekly beach tag per bedroom. Free beach access for guests under 12 years of age.
* Although Linens ,Towels & Beach Tags are not included in our discounted Weekly Rentals we now offer Bed, Bath & Beach Bundles that includes use of 4 free adult beach tags ($410 value) for just $ 250.00 additional. This includes everything you need at our discounted weekly rate.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee . Weight and Breed must be approved in advance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership. Pets approved based upon breed & week subject at a $ 150.00 per month Pet Fee

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 4 guests from 3 BR permits 6 guests, 4 BR permits up to 8 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30 . Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors.
$ 200.00 additional registration fee added to reservation and $ 59.00 Damage Protection Fee.. No Group Prom Rentals Please

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
