A one bedroom, one bath, end-unit condo, sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) with all the comforts of home on the ocean! Ocean views are breath-taking from both patios, sun porch, living room and kitchen!! Condo is an end unit, attached on one wall to the adjacent unit, with no shared space or amenities. 2020 major renovation includes new kitchen and new furnishings with designer touch, including a full size sofa bed with custom air-stream mattress. Queen bed has comfy mattress, kitchen with all the amenities of home; dine in or out and listen to the ocean; all bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, and beach towels, included in the rental pricing!

This is a beautiful cottage with great views of Nantucket Sound. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything you might need or want. I would highly recommend this cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing property and views!

We had a wonderful day at this property! Cathy was very easy to get a hold of and very informative about the check-in and checkout process. The cottage itself was very cute, cozy, in the bed was very comfortable! The views from the dining room were stunning Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. We booking another stay at this location in the future!

Beautiful little cottage by the sea!⚓️

We had the most wonderful vacation at this perfect little cottage with magnificent view to enjoy while patio dining or whatever you choose. The place was very clean, well kept for and thoughtfully equipped with every necessesity to make for a most enjoyable stay! We loved it and plan to return again soon!

Grandparents staying for granddaughters Wedding

Absolutely beautiful condo. The views from the condo over looking the ocean were incredible. And the condo itself was spectacular. Everything you need is provided. The amenities and communication with owners were exceptional. Will be looking to rent here again! Can not say enough!

Amazing Rental - Highly Recommended

We just returned yesterday from a wonderful trip to Maushop Village. We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The house was extremely clean, the owner was very nice and prepared us with directions, maps, restaurant suggestions and more. I had such a wonderful experience with the neighborhood and the area that I would absolutely return and rent this exact property again!

Great place!

Maushop village is one of our favorite places, and we have stayed in several places there. This home did not disappoint! The view is fantastic, appliances and bathroom have been updated, the bed is comfortable and so much more. Cathy (the property owner) was great with correspondance and genuinely wants you to be comfortable in her home. We will definitely be back!

Five Star Property

This property is perfect for a couple or small family to stay right on the ocean on the Cape. The owner thought of everything when stocking it, and the decor is super cute!! From the available beach chairs/blankets, cooler, to the abundance of towels and toiletries, the owner showed tremendous pride in catering to her guests. Oh, and what an incredible view!! Lastly, we communicated regularly with the owner and she was always eager to help and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Cottage

We were so happy with this adorable cottage. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the ocean from the patio and the windows inside the cottage. We loved having our breakfast out in the patio each morning. Cathy was an amazing host and had everything we would need at the cottage. She also answered any questions that we had about the area in regard to the bike trails, golf courses, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed walking down to the beach each day, and walking around the little village in the evening. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the kitchen was well stocked. A very relaxing and peaceful vacation!! We will be coming here again for sure!!

Unmatched Charm and Beauty

This charming cottage on a bluff with ocean views will take your breath away. The sun and sea greet each morning with splendor, allowing you to view the day as one with boundless possibilities. Your amazing host has provided for your stay with thoughtful attention to detail. This one earned a five star review only because six stars were not an option. We will book again.

Perfect and cozy getaway

Cathy outdid herself as the owner of this amazing property! From booking to check-in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The pics on the website do not do the view and cottage justice........it is even better in person. Cathy was promptly available for any questions we had before and during our stay. We spent many hours on the back porch and sun room, enjoying the serene water view.......it made it hard to leave. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful cottage and escape the Texas June heat. We will be back for a longer visit next time!

Cozy winter getaway

This was a repeat visit for us, and, once again, the cottage did not disappoint! It was wonderful to experience New England holiday weather in Dec while Maushop Village was quiet. We spent many relaxing hrs watching and listening to the waves from the sunroom. Cathy continues to hold the bar high as a cottage owner, and is always there when you need help or have questions. It is always very hard to leave and walk away from the gorgeous view this cottage holds. We will be back this summer! Thanks to Cathy for another memorable experience.

This Place Is The Best!

Earlier this month my wife and I stayed at Cathy's condo. This place is truly wonderful as she has provided all we needed for a terrific Cape Cod vacation. From the ocean view to the super clean condo, it has it all. Great to have everything on one floor. Beds are extremely comfortable with the area being very quiet day and night. All appliances worked without any problems plus the dishwasher is by far the quietest we ever used. The two us would gladly return to this place as well as recommend it to family and friends. Parking is next to the condo. Cathy is so easy to work with!

Look no further! This is the place!

This immaculate property with amazing ocean view was the icing on the wedding cake for my husband and I! We were fortunate enough to stay for our recent honeymoon. The owner, Cathy, made our first VRBO rental a smooth process and glitch-free. Her response time is immediate with questions we had along the way. She is down to earth and compassionate, and it shows in this spectacular property! Nicely decorated, clean, and a quiet retreat with a view that is priceless! Thank you, Cathy, from the bottom of our hearts for giving us cherished memories!

Better than we could have ever imagined

We came to this beach house with very high expectations, and we were not disappointed. This unit has a dream of a view over looking the ocean; located in a quiet area, but a short drive from everything you could need. The furnishings and linen clearly display the attention to detail the owner has put into the unit and the pride they take in its presentation. Everything from booking to arrival was seamless. The owner is a delight to deal with and of you're on the fence, I suggest you commit. We will most definitely be returning in the future.

Mini beach getaway

This rental was superb! The village is quaint and beautiful w quick access to the beach. Views from unit beautiful! Cathy,our host, was quick to respond to any questions or issues and very helpful, very personable. Entry was easy. One of the cleanest most well equipped rentals Ive stayed at in a long time! Bedding, fridge, entire unit. Equipment, coolers for the beach. Outdoor seating on pstio very nice. Again w lovely views. Every amenity you could need in kitchen including great knives and pantry staples. We loved our stay, would recommend and would definitely stay again!❤️🙂

Outstanding

What can I say? This place had everything; Cathy, the host, spared no expense to be sure my visit was comfortable. The entire process was excellent. I was looking for a place to do some writing, and this was the best choice I could have made. Everything was the top of the line, the view over the top, and after a nice long walk on a private beach, I enjoyed a cappuccino made on her Breville and settled into my work. It was a beautiful experience, a beautiful location, and comfort galore. Thank you, Cathy, I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Spotlessly clean cottage for a peaceful vacation - get away from the city.

This condo cottage was the perfect place for my husband & I to unwind and totally de-stress for an 8 day vacation. The village grounds and private beach are beautifully maintained and the other owners are friendly without being invasive. The cottage is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities of a well equipped home - even down to beach towels & umbrella, BBQ, coffee grinder etc... The owner, Cathy, was a true pleasure to rent from as she is highly organized and so very accommodating & helpful. Groceries and restaurants are located a short drive away. The view from the back patio or dining area in the morning and at night was something we don't get to witness in the city - sunlight or moonlight dancing on ocean waves. Would we rent this property again and recommend it to friends - absolutely. Thanks Cathy for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely Awesome Cottage And Community - Start For The New Year!

Thank you Cathy! Just an absolutely awesome way to spend Christmas and New Years - To start a New Year. Quiet in the Winter, D'oh. Not desolate though. New Seabury and Mashpee have everything you could want; more, Cathy provides meticulous 'steers' on the How, Where and When. Yes, you still can get to the Beach for a walk-a-bout. Unbelievably beautiful view from the Sunroom during the day; on the fence line at night. Number 8 Milestone Way is ridiculously perfect in every way: Simple, yet elegant. All the right touches: Wondrous bed, bath and efficient, up-to-date kitchen. I loved it! My Holiday Vacation could not have been better - And now I plan to return. Thank you Cathy for allowing me to stay at your amazing Cottage! Happy New Year - 2019! Mike S.

Perfection!

We were newbies to the vacation rental website, but chose this spot for our honeymoon due to its location and the fact that friends lived nearby. Cathy was an absolute gem to work with ahead of time, and we arrived the day after our wedding to a perfectly wonderful piece of heaven. Everything we needed was there - from the lobster pot in the kitchen to beach chairs in the shed. We truly only needed our clothes and our bicycles! Every morning we had breakfast on the porch, and then walked barefoot through the grass to the stairs on the beach, then walked along the beach, looking for heart shaped rocks (of course! - although we are older, it was our honeymoon after all!) During our week there, we took bikes over to Martha's Vineyard, had the BEST lobster rolls in the Marketplace, took a golf lesson, drove to P-Town to have dinner with friends, found an absolutely wonderful restaurant in Chatham (Impudent Oyster), heard wonderful singing at the Soprano's restaurant .... and more. The neighbors were friendly without being intrusive, and the beach was never crowded despite the fact that we had nearly perfect weather all week. We most DEFINITELY will be back - perhaps for our anniversaries! Cathy is an amazing hostess from afar, and a delight to work with. We feel like we have a new friend!
