Cozy Condo By The Beach

2BR/2BA first floor condo centrally located in Lewes. This home offers A/C, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, cable, WiFi, and a screened-in porch. A 12-cup coffee maker (and a Keurig) are supplied. There is also a toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, and dishes and an assortment of spices for cooking.

The porch closet has a variety of pool and beach items that guests can borrow (including pool noodles, a cooler, etc.). The condo is handicap accessible, pet-friendly, and the relaxing community pool--with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower--is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (pool pass is on the fridge). Dog-walking stations are available throughout the community. Sleeps: 6 with 2 Queens and 1 Double Sleeper Sofa. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. No smoking.

Minutes from downtown Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, and Rehoboth Beach. There are many local restaurants, several within walking distance, and outlet shopping nearby. There are many free concerts/performances nearby, including at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand on weekends.

Please note updated TV information: Roku devices, which pick up all Xfinity channels and allow TVs to be "Smart TVs" have been added to the 2 bedrooms with main Xfinity box in living room. With the Roku remotes in the bedrooms, guests will need to go to the Xfinity icon on the main menu to get to the Xfinity channels. To access the "smart" features on the main TV, guests will need to use the TV's remote. For just regular TV, the Xfinity remote is all you need.

Guests to provide linens, towels, blankets, paper and soap products. Guest to sign an agreement to follow rules & policies.
