All that you need to enjoy your stay at this newly built, very cool & well-appointed Coastal Contemporary home. Unit one is also available if you have multiple families.
The Space
Upstairs-there is a king sized bed with a wall mounted 55-inch TV, a large walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board and a full bathroom with a large double headed shower and a 24-inch wall mounted TV. The floors upstairs are wood.
Downstairs-the living room has a large sectional with multiple ottomans. The couch can be used as a bed. All the ottoman's store bedding and pillows. The living room has a large 65-inch wall mounted TV. Under the open riser stairs is a Day bed that converts to a double bed. The Day bed has drawers that store bedding and pillows. The downstairs has a full bathroom with a extra deep free standing soaker tub-a nice way to unwind and relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and high end appliances including a built-in refrigerator and built-in microwave. The kitchen has a 27-inch wall mounted TV so cook while watching your favorite shows. The floors downstairs are 3 foot by 5 foot cement tiles.
The unit is equipped with an alarm system and the building has a security camera system.
Guest access
Guests have total access to the entire house.
A key will be left in a coded lock box for access. An alarm code will be provided prior to check-in.
All codes are changed after checkout.
Interaction with guests
If you need anything, you will be provided with a contact number to meet your needs.
Other things to note
Beyond the beauty of this newly built designer home, you have the safety of an alarm system, exterior security cameras, exterior lighting and impact windows and doors.
Extra bedding and pillow will be stored in the drawers in the Day bed, the drawers in the King bed and in the ottomans for the living room sectional. The sectional can be used for a bed.
All TV's are professionally wall mounted and have Dish TV with all channels including the premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime etc) minus pay per view and pay movies. A nice unwind after the day at the beach.
A Wi-Fi code will be provided.
