3 Bed / 2 Bath Multi Level Condo. Amazing ocean views from main living area and master bedroom. Large ground level patio directly on boardwalk just steps from the sand.
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is located in the heart of Mission beach. Featuring a living room complete with entertainment center and leather chairs, this unit is sure to please anyone visiting San Diego. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom, with unobstructed ocean views, has a Queen bed, as well as its own private bath and private balcony from which you can view the ocean and boardwalk. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has Twin bunk beds as well as a single Twin. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is also a great baby friendly unit for families. There are two highchairs, two PacknPlay cribs upstairs, and a walker for smaller babies. Additionally, there is a child size folding table with four chairs for children to eat or play at. There are two kid beach chairs along with a beach umbrella to protect little ones from the sun. There is a nice assortment of beach toys, pails and shovels. Also. one child's wetsuit is available for a child approx. 40 - 60lbs.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests and can sleep 9 in beds, assuming two people share the sofa bed.
Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area. The approximate garage measurements are 6ft 10inH x 9ft W x 30ft L. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The Mission Beach area is a perfect home base for all of your San Diego Adventures. Located approximately 3 miles from Sea World, 8 miles from San Diego International Airport, 10 miles from San Diego Zoo, 10 miles from San Diego Down Town Water Front, 40 miles from Lego Land, 63 miles from Temecula Wine Country, and 95 miles from Disneyland.
Please note, like most homes in coastal areas, this home does not have air conditioning.

3-Night Minimum Reservations During Off Season
This home is pet friendly with a max of one dog, with a maximum of 35 lbs.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. If you or someone in your group struggles with stairs, this may not be the unit for you.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
This Pet Friendly property has a maximum of one dog of 35lbs or less (and sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for pet ($150+tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pup. Please note that this home has a camera over the patio facing the South and West.
