This beautiful property can now be rented three different ways -- the main house (6bd), separate attached apartment (2bd), or both together as one large Spanish villa (8bd).

The main house, La Hacienda, which is situated on one of the largest corner lots in Mission Beach, now features three ground floor bedrooms, a living space, and a dining room facing the ocean with a wrap-around deck to accommodate your family with endless ocean views. The BBQ area and fire pit are located on the north side of the property for your privacy and enjoyment. The ground floor also has its own private hot tub tucked away on the south side. The second floor of the main house provides you with an oceanfront primary suite and two other bedrooms. You will wake up with unobstructed ocean views right from the comfort of your comfy King-size bed in the primary suite that faces West. You will also enjoy a second living area "den" area with a queen sleeper sofa and a wine fridge for your convenience. Enjoy sitting on the patio outside the primary bedroom and second floor living room area, enjoying the view with a great cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. In addition to these lovely interior areas, the main house now offers a roof top deck sitting area with endless views of Mission Beach. This home includes Air Conditioning split units in almost every room, high-speed fiber internet, an indoor washer and dryer, a private 8-person hot tub, and multiple TVs for your enjoyment. Please note, this home has alot of steps within, as well as a couple to enter. If you are not comfortable with stairs, we would suggest another rental.

The main ocean front house sleeps a total of 14 people (if you include the queen sofa sleeper upstairs) with a maximum of 14 people at any given time, and offers 3 parking garage spaces. These parking areas can accommodate two compact vehicles in the garages and one larger or two smaller vehicles in the outdoor space. This home has beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards ready for all your beach days!

The attached apartment, La Siesta, offers two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a 3rd floor kitchen and living area with sleeper sofa, that looks out on a great roof top deck for your outdoor enjoyment complete with BBQ grilling station. This property will sleep four (4) in beds, 6 if you include the living room queen sofa sleeper and has one garage parking space. This unit can be rented with this 6bd home directly under Oceanfront Villa Compound. You can easily rent these properties separately but put them together and have a true family villa retreat. If you choose to rent the entire property, you have the luxury of a home that can host 20 people, parking for 4-5 vehicles, two laundry units, a hot tub, two BBQ areas and a huge roof top deck!

The home next door is currently undergoing intermittent renovations. While work is not constant, there may be occasional noise during standard daytime hours. We’ve adjusted our pricing to reflect this, and we’re happy to answer any questions before booking. Thank you for your understanding!

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

This is a three-story home and contains stairs. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking. Please note that this home has a camera over the parking area, ocean front deck, and side patio gate.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
