Very well maintained, cozy, “at home” feel!

Very spacious, lots of room and very up to date amenities. Close to the beach and downtown area - you can walk everywhere! Enjoyed every minute even the rainy ones. Would definitely rent this property again.

Spent last week of August here. Location great.

Homeowner Donna sooo helpful on arrival day. Had a bunch of questions as to where badges were, Beach towels etc. she responded immediately and was calm and collected. ( unlike me, I needed to chill ) My husband left his toiletries bag there after we checked out. Donna called us to see if we needed the RX meds left in bag , so we could come back or she would mail to us. Location perfect, very close to beach. House was decorated nicely ,extremely comfortable (especially couch) and inviting. The only thing I would say it could use new carpet, it’s not dirty just worn. Some thing like a Berber might hold up better Thanks, Donna. Super host

Wonderful home in beautiful Ocean City

Just back from a fun week at this lovely and spacious home. It is very clean and so well maintained and appointed (beach chairs, cooking supplies, etc). The decor and furnishings are perfect. There is a shady porch for when you have had enough sun. The location is in a great family neighborhood, nice and quiet. Beach is a block and a half walk, the boardwalk action is just a bit further. A Blitz’s market, Uncle Bill’s Pancakes , Nauti Donuts and Aunt Betty’s ice cream (all OCNJ institutions) are a short walk away as well. Our kids had bikes and navigated around on their own and had a great time. The homeowners really want to be sure you enjoy your stay. They are so easy to reach and work with. A great way to enjoy Ocean City!

Perfect place to stay!

Donna was amazing! The place was super nice and clean. Everything was in working order. Couches super comfy and the balcony area was a great wind down area. Beds are the foam mattresses and a little firm but we like it that way. You can’t feel the person next to you get up or in bed in the middle of the night so you get a full nights sleep. We also needed an ironing board and she told me to go get one and was reimbursed! Super helpful owners and recommend it anyone looking for an amazing vacation. Location was right at the beginning of the boardwalk so you can hit up Bob’s rent a bike and head all the way to Browns and back within an hour or less. Neighbors below are super cool too!

Great vacation house!!

The owners of this house were the nicest and most accommodating people I have ever rented from. Donna emailed me promptly and responded to my questions within hours. She checked in with us to make sure things were going well. The house was perfect-great location. Easy one block walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hardly needed to get in our car. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was comfortable. There were beach supplies available to us-beach chairs, boogie boards for the kids and 6 beach tags. The owner offered us a night free-and we gladly took her up on it! We are planning to return next year.

Luxurious Beach Vacation

We love this place! It is near everything in Ocean City—a block from the beach and boardwalk. The artwork is amazing from original oils to artwork that the owners have collected from around the world to art from local Ocean City artists. Well-appointed with Mackenzie Childs in every room with all high-end bedding from Neiman Marcus. With everything coordinated by one of Philadelphia’s leading interior design firms, you are indulged from the minute you walk into the sunny, cathedral ceiling living and dining room to the master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and access to a master bath with SPA fixtures and a rain shower. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful Well-Appointed House; Always Immaculately Clean

This house is our go-to place for beach vacations and we recommend it most highly. It is always immaculately clean and well-appointed with whatever you could possibly need. They have three televisions with access to Amazon’s prime video and Netflix subscriptions, plus several Alexa fire sticks for streaming media that provides thousands of popular movies and TV shows, (for those evenings after a day on the beach and evening walks on the boardwalk). The deck with custom furnishings, a sisal rug, and awning is a perfect oasis for your morning coffee. The house is in a great location, convenient to the beach and boardwalk and nearby restaurants.

A truly wonderful and relaxing home and vacation

Our vacation was terrific in every way. The house was immaculately clean with attractive and comfortbale furnishings and many entetainment options. The waves of the Atlantic Ocean put us to sleep at night and the sun rising over the ocean greeted us in the morning. There were exellent restaurants, amusement rides for the children, and shopping all within walking distance. We are going to this location again.

The house was not what I expected at all

Basic cable not able to watch any good shows, wireless service was poor , trash in all the bedrooms, blood on the blanket in one room along with bottles and clothes left on the bed, wasnot able to Grill. we watched all our neighbors cook on theirs... dust everywhere .would have loved to use the jets in the tub but could not get it to function and pole to open the skylight was missing. This was our first time being disappointed after spending good money to rent a nice place I just hope no one else has to experience such poor service during they vacation stay.

We've shared your feedback with the homeowner for further consideration. She let us know that she would've been more than happy to address any issues or complaints you'd had with the WiFi or the cable had she been made aware. The home offers high-speed internet and there is an Amazon Fire Stick available for guests with access to all the most popular streaming services. As for cleanliness, the homeowner takes your concerns very seriously. Yours was the first complaint about cleaning the homeowner had received in 27 years of renting, and she certainly wishes you'd taken her up on her offer to have your concerns addressed right away. The home does not advertise a grill as Ocean City has an ordinance that restricts the use of grills to homeowners, but we apologize for your disappointment. The jets in the hot tub were fully functional prior to your stay, but the homeowner will ensure that there are no issues. Lastly, the skylight pole is kept in the front closet tucked along the side. The homeowner would have been more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns and wishes you all the best in your future travels. Thanks again. Best, the Evolve Team
