Enjoy summer cottage life in the fantastic Brant Point neighborhood - Nantucket's best location! Relax at this charming 2-3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage that sleeps 6 comfortably. Perfect for a family or couples. AC, heat, Wifi, outdoor shower, deck.

This charming Cottage is a short walk from harbor beaches and town - no car is needed to reach Jetties, Steps and Children's Beaches, Brant Point, ferry docks, restaurants, shops, museums, bike rentals. Near miles of scenic bike paths.

There is a private deck and grill for relaxing and dining outdoors. The house has original Nantucket-inspired artwork throughout. We hope you'll create special memories here with your family and friends. A minimum one week stay starting on Saturday is required for July and August.

Great central location close to town and beaches. Loved the outdoor shower and beach chairs and other items very convenient. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one walking and using public wave transport was all we needed enjoyed our stay very much

Perfect Nantucket Getaway

The cottage was perfect! Working with Liz was so easy and she was able to provide great recommendations. The home was in a great spot to walk or bike to town or to the beach! We loved the outdoor shower and ate dinner on the deck most nights. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Nantucket!

Old-School Nantucket Gem!

This property harkens back to the old days, with its modest size; charming, unpretentious interior; and simple but thoughtful amenities. The property is super clean, comfortable and located just a half-mile from town and wonderful beaches. (No need for a car - you can walk, bike or take the Wave shuttle bus to get mostly everywhere on island.) A/C units both downstairs and up are a big plus. Check-in and check-out were simple and clear. Very cozy and cute. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!!!!

Location was better than expected. Easy walk to Jetties beach, sandbar, and town. No need for a car. Amenities of the house were great. Went food shopping to start the week and were able to grill out every day. If location is everything this is the place!!!! Also Liz, the owner, was a breeze to communicate with. Thank you and we hope to rent again!!!

An absolute GEM!

We really loved staying here! I brought a bunch of my girlfriends here that have never been to ACK and they couldn't get over this place. The location is prime, easy walk to town or Jetties, and the host is absolutely wonderful and so responsive. Also, the outdoor shower was a huge hit!

Charming, convenient and sparkling clean

Attending a family wedding at the White Elephant. The cottage is a short stroll to the inn and very convenient to downtown. We appreciated the keurig, real coffee pot and a few essential groceries there if we needed them. (We replaced!) We had a few questions and the hosts were responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Location and Host

My girl friends and I have been going to Nantucket for the last 5 years. This was by far the best location we have stayed. It's easily walk-able to both town, 3 different beach and only a 3 mile ride to Cisco Brewery. Liz was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an early ferry when we arrived and a late ferry when we left and Liz was extremely accommodating to our schedules. We all really enjoyed our experience!

Great location, would visit again

We would definitely stay here again. Host is so sweet and easy to communicate with. Its close to everything we needed! Location was perfect for us. 5 minute walk to coffee, kids beach, and playground:) 10 min walk to town, 10-15 min walk to all the amazing beaches. 10 min walk to the lighthouse. We visited four beaches and enjoyed all of them! Loved the quaint cottage and felt like it was good for us with kids because we weren’t afraid of messing things up. Outdoor shower was awesome. Everything was easy!

Great location and home

We are a family of six and this house was perfect. It's a short walk to town and to the beach. The neighborhood is safe and a great place for younger kids to ride their bikes. We loved it. Thank you to John who was super easy to work with and very responsive.

Christmas Stroll

We enjoyed our stay at the Coffin House, the cottage is close to everything and very convenient ride from the ferries. The cottage was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. John was very helpful with suggestions for booking the ferry and making reservations for dinner/lunch ahead of time. We highly recommend this home and look forward to another visit in the future.

Outstanding Location

The Cottage was our home away from home and a perfect location for our family! Very private, but perfect walking distance to everything, and just the right size for our family of three (two parents and a toddler), as well as our nanny. We loved it, and the owner is great! A full-throated recommendation!

Located in Brant Point, the Cottage is a short walk from harbor beaches and town!

Just steps away is "Henry Street Beach", a lovely neighborhood beach to enjoy swimming, beach strolls, sunsets or your morning cup of coffee. Also a short walk away are Steps, Jetties, Children's and Brant Point beaches.

Historic, downtown Nantucket is also an easy stroll away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, groceries, ferries and ice cream!

The Cottage is comfortable and charming, and is appreciated by many as a "classic Nantucket summer home." Original island-inspired artwork lends to its charm, including some of the owners' paintings and woodcarvings. A wonderful place to relax, both indoors and out, with beaches and town just a short walk away.
