Top floor condo and private balcony offer excellent unobstructed panoramic views of the ski mountain, base and valley. The ski area is just 75 yards away, as are dining and retail shops.

Unique 3 bedroom & 2 bath condo (2 levels) with a cool ā€œalpine loft." This is the ONLY 3 BEDROOM UNIT in the building. Do not be fooled by others, as the 3rd bedroom is an open and potentially 'Noisy' loft. Our 3rd bedroom offers extra room with bunk beds and the Alpine loft. Very comfortable and spacious.

The living room offers great views of the mountain, a cozy gas fireplace and a smart screen TV with cable and options for Netflix/Amazon/Streaming.... The fully stocked kitchen and dining area sit next to the living room and are all open which make it a perfect gathering place. Games, books and a stereo are included for additional entertainment. Use the glove and boot dryer to get ready for the next day. Free and Fast Wi-Fi. Humidifier for each bedroom. A ski storage locker is conveniently located on the main floor.

* The main level bedroom has a Queen bed
* 3rd bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed (full bed on lower and twin on upper). An alpine loft full bed (twin) is accessible using the ladder.
* Both the main floor and upstairs bathrooms are nicely remodeled.

Other:
* The Kitchen is completely outfitted with all full size appliances needed and assortment of cooking accessories & utensils.

* 2 outdoor hot tubs and a sauna are located on the 4th floor. Shared washers/dryers are located on the first floor.

* Ski Locker: Conveniently located on the first floor of the building is a private ski locker so you can grab your gear and hit the slopes. The slopes are only a short 75 yard walk away. You can walk to restaurants and shops at the mountain base or take a free shuttle to downtown Steamboat Springs.

Donā€™t worry about the basics, we have you coveredā€¦ Shampoo, Conditioner Body Soap, Dishwasher soap, Dish Soap, Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Kleenex, and Paper Towels. Have a Kuerig coffee maker. We also provide you with a Steamboat magazine, maps, trail guides, and local visitor guide, offering a wide variety of information for activities and shopping in Steamboat.

Parking:
We have 1 allocated parking slot next to the building. If you don't have a car, no worries as the ski base, shops and restaurants are across the street and other parking garage options. Steamboat also has an extensive FREE bus system that picks up in front of the condo and goes to other major shopping areas and downtown. Many delivery options as well. There a several shuttle options from the Denver and Hayden airports. Uber and Lyft also good options and typically a $15 ride to downtown. Our Condo and the HOA has a strict No Smoking policy. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted in the unit.

Excellent Spring Break Vacation for Family

My teenage kids, husband and I had a wonderful Spring Break. Everyone got to do what they wanted because the location is fabulous - across the street from 4 different lifts/gondolas. Kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed dinning out at the close by restaurants. The host was great with checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. What great family memories we have of 2025 Spring Break in Steamboat!

Perfect location, High Quality Experience!!!

Very short walk across the street and you are at the slopes. Unit is clean with quality furnishing and a good amount of lounging/eating space. Newer Kitchen is well stocked with quality plates, mugs, pans and utensils. 2 large beds in their own rooms and then 3 smaller beds in loft/bunk room. A little bit of a squeeze in the loft space for adults, but would be more than enough room for kids. 2 updated full baths makes getting ready with a group very easy. Unit is on the top, 5th floor and accessible by elevator. Locker at the 1st floor entry hold skis and poles so no lugging equipment upstairs. Includes 1 private parking space for easy in and out. Price for what you receive is very fair. Mike is a very responsive, top notch host. I would suggest ordering groceries for delivery from Stop and Shop. Placed order day of, great pricing, no out of stocks and delivered on time. Would rent again with out a second thought. Cheers!

Just Awesome

Our stay was just awesome. Abundant communication. Super accommodating. Very easy to walk to the slope and ski down to the gondola, and you can ski back quite close. Very easy to walk to dinner etc. We didn't bring a car because an earlier review mentioned something about parking being hard, but parking for one car looked very easy, I wouldn't worry about bringing a car next time.

Excellent Location!

Mike was great! Super easy to communicate with. The location was as good as we have had on our family ski strips with young kids. The view from the balcony was excellent. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for family of five upstairs and my parents in the bedroom on the main floor. The kids loved the set up of the third bedroom. Everyone was sad to leave and would definitely return!

Perfect Christmas

We went to the property for Christmas 2024. The property was great and had all the amenities we needed. Mike was super in every regard. Most importantly, to me was trying to figure out if the property was ski in and ski out. Well it was close, really close about a 100 yards. But if you rent your skis at Christy sports, which is about a100 yard walk, they will keep your skis overnight. So, you just walked down the hill and you were off. You could also ski diretly to Christys. I would be rimiss if I did not note that it was at the base of the mountain where beers, firepits, food and shopping were right at your doorstep. Love this place and would go back for sure.

Steamboat Ski Resort

Had a wonderful visit to Steamboat with my family. We enjoyed being close to the slopes and didnā€™t have to utilize a car to get around. Condo had plenty of space for my husband and I plus our two girls. Mike the owner was extremely attentive and would respond right away. He even called before check in to go over any questions we may have had. Only downside was the parking and access to the unit. It was blocked off at times and we had to find lot parking near by. It was extremely crowded when we arrived and had to wait for a spot to open up. Also the access to the condo was tricky since the parking garage is no longer there. Had to park In a no access zone and take the luggage down the stairs and up a shorter flight to the elevator. Would have loved to be able to pull right up front with the car especially since we had so much stuff. Overall the stay was fantastic and the condo was well equipped !

Excellent stay in Steamboat!

The condo and location were perfect for our stay. Super quick walk to the slopes and Gondola Square. Easy free bus over to more downtown shops and restaurants. The condo was great - fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk room with the fun loft bed. Mike is a fantastic host - very quick communications and answered all of my questions. Parking was the only challenge as the building currently does not have its own parking - I knew this well in advance, and Mike provided great guidance for loading/unloading, and parking during our stay. Steamboat is a great place for a winter vacation, and I hope to return to this specific condo in the future!

Nice space and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The kids loved the bunk and beds and loft for sleeping, making forts, and playing games. The rest of the condo provided everything we needed and wanted for a ski holiday, including a wonderful view of the mountain! The host was proactive and very helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!

Mike was absolutely incredible to work with and made everything streamline and easy. Very short walk to the gondola and absolute incredible views. The hot tub and sauna are a very nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient for skiing

The condo was clean, well-stocked and had comfortable beds. The unloading area requires a walk down metal stairs, through a locked door, then up a half flight of steps and into a small elevator. It took 4 of us 2 trips each with ski equipment and groceries. The walk to ā€˜ski-onā€™ is about 15 minutes in ski boots. You will walk down a path out of the condo, then through the parking lot on left side of Slopeside Grill. If you have a car, the parking situation is tricky. You can park for free a few miles away, and take a free town shuttle. We chose to park overnight in the Gondola Square Parking Garage for $25 per day. It is about a 15 minute walk from the condo and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Overall, the condo was a good place for our family of 4.

Amazing location. Perfect condo. Great host!

This condo was perfect in every way. Mike has thought of everything to lead to the most comfortable stay possible for his guests. The check-in process was clear and easy. The condo was warm and cozy. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. We loved the cozy fire and the humidifiers to combat the dry air. The location also couldnā€™t be beat. Itā€™s a short walk (across the street) to the slopes or to the bus stop. The bus easily took us into downtown, to Safeway or wherever we needed to go, for free! (Always check with the bus driver when you are getting on to make sure the bus is going where you want to go!) If Mike will have us, we will absolutely be back to stay in this condo. šŸ™‚

Wonderful Ski Vacation!

We had a great stay at Mike's slope side condo! Mike was in contact with us prior and during our trip. He answered all questions promptly and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The kitchen was well supplied and the crock pot was key for our lunches and aprĆØs ski dinners. The fireplace was so cozy and the hot tub was always available for our use. The beds were comfy and the space was great for the five of us! We were very happy with our accommodations and highly recommend Mike's condo for a great ski vacation!

We are the owners of the condo and our families have enjoyed many amazing champagne powder snow days in Steamboat and beautiful summer days floating down the Yampa. One family lives in Denver, CO and the other in Parker, CO.

Since we used the condo ourselves, we keep it updated to the high quality standards that we want and would expect when renting another unit. A fully equipped kitchen with ample pots and pans for cooking and large dining table. We have games and books you are welcome to use and plenty of room to relax. With this great location you can park your car in the underground lot or choose not to rent a car at all! An easy walk to the base, restaurants, shops and activities, and free shuttle runs every 30 minutes to main shipping areas and downtown Steamboat Springs where there are lots of shops and great restaurants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We are the only condo in Ski Time Square that has enclosed our loft. We found that as our kids got older we wanted them to have their own space. With the loft enclosed, they don't have to worry about being quiet and anyone can stay up late or get up early and not disturb anyone. As we were making the 3rd bedroom, we decided to add an 'alpine loft.' The kids have loved this unique and cozy place to hang out and it has a comfortable bed for sleeping. Being on the top floor, we have great views and no noise from above.
