Host was very attentive to our needs and questions. We have stayed at this property before and that is the reason we rebooked this year. Great location and easy ride to most shopping and beaches.

Excellent place in a great neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Loved the pool and the jacuzzi and the vicinity to the beach. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything a family would need. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with. The only disappointment was that were were asked to pay an additional $50 for an hour delay

Great house/great location

We have stayed in the house for a few years now and it never disappoints. Great location to head out to shopping or to the beach. Everything you need for daily living this place has. Backyard is perfect for grilling, swimming, relaxing with a book or just enjoying outdoors. I would suggest updating cushions for patio furniture and lounges.

Beautiful spot convenient location

Naples Park is a great location and the house was beautiful and offered lots of amenities. There were five bikes to bike to the beach with lots of portable beach chairs. The hot tub and pool were right off the patio and directly off the living room door which made it so nice for breakfast by the pool as well as relaxing after the beach. We would rent again. Lovely spot!

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay at this property was fantastic overall. The house was clean and in fantastic condition and was a great way to spend family time over Christmas Break. The only issue we had was with setting the temperatures of the pool and hot tub. Because the hot tub was uncovered, it took a long time to warm up prior to each use. Overall a great stay!

This property is amazing. The pictures don't lie.

We stayed at this beautiful home over the Christmas Holiday. It was a total delight. The property is clean and plenty of your comfort needs, down to the plentiful towels, all things to cook with and a wonderful and relaxing lanai and pool area. Our Hosts made sure we were well cared for and even had a Christmas Tree awaiting us so Santa had a place to leave his presents for our grandkids. It was a wonderful and relaxing week and this beautiful home was the key to this happening.

We had a wonderful time in Naples and this home was was awesome! The location was great. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Christine was great and gave us tips for restaurants and shopping. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us from the large kitchen to the comfortable seating in the main room. We loved the outdoor space with the tables and chairs it allowed us to play games in the evening. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hits as well as the outdoor shower. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Christine!

A "10" Star Property with Gracious Hosts

The only thing I am disappointed about is that I can't give this brand new squeaky clean property a10 star rating based on our one week stay. It had everything that even the fussiest guests would want, including cold beers in the fridge upon arrival. There were several beach chairs and an umbrella for our use, four bikes with helmets, plenty of towels, paper goods, soaps, shampoos, a hair dryer, outdoor pool seating, privacy fencing, quiet neighbors and neighborhood, indoor parking, covered lanai, a great pool and spa and a short drive to the beach. This is without a doubt the best appointed and well stocked rental I've ever booked on HomeAway! Christine and George met us on arrival and went over everything we needed to know to make our stay the best. The TV was great but the Xfinity package needs to be upgraded with more channels and HD service, but Christine is on it. If you are looking to stay in North Naples you may want to seriously consider this property.

It was a delight to have you and your family stay at our property. I apologize for not having the Xfinity channels that you were looking for and am pursuing expanding the lineup. We aim to provide everything our guests need to make their trip enjoyable. Please come back and stay again soon! Christine
