We booked this location for the hot tub. My husband has recently had surgery and really needs it. Got our towels and went down to cold water. A man in the elevator hold us it hasnt worked since hes lived there. We also did have a key fob. So got locked out several times. After 2 days there one was provided.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. The jacuzzi had broken a few days prior to your arrival, and we were waiting for building maintenance at the time. This was outside of our control, but we are pleased to inform you that it has now been fully repaired. Regarding the elevators, we have confirmed with reception that they were never out of service during your stay, and this issue was not reported to us. Lastly, the previous guest accidentally took the FOB on the morning of your arrival. It took us up to two days to obtain a replacement through building management, but we resolved the situation as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding. Kind regards

This property was not as advertised. The unit was very dirty, with visible bugs, heavy dust, and dog dander. I have allergies, and the condition of the property made me physically sick.The listing stated the beach was 5 minutes away, but it was actually over 30 minutes away, which was very misleading.We left after one night because we were uncomfortable with the conditions, yet we were still required to pay for all 8 nights. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

We take reviews very seriously, especially when they involve claims about cleanliness or guest experience. Unfortunately, the statements in this review are completely inaccurate and appear to be part of an attempt to obtain an unjustified refund. This guest created a duplicate reservation and posted the same review twice in an attempt to damage the reputation of our property after their refund request was denied by Customer Service. After multiple incidents and ongoing issues during the stay, Customer Support ultimately had to remove the guest from the apartment due to the disruptions being caused. Our company is known for maintaining an extremely high standard of cleanliness and guest care. In fact, many of our other reviews specifically highlight how exceptionally clean our apartments are and the level of attention we put into every detail. Our goal is always to provide a luxury-level experience in every property we manage. Additionally, across other rental platforms where this property is listed, guests consistently mention our outstanding cleanliness and service. These reviews reflect the true experience that the vast majority of our guests have with us. We also want to note that Customer Service reviewed the evidence provided during the complaint process and determined that the claims did not support the refund request. Assistance was offered to the guest during their stay, but it was repeatedly declined. We stand behind the quality of our properties, our cleaning standards, and the experience we provide to our guests. We remain committed to transparency and to delivering a clean, comfortable, and high-quality stay for everyone who books with us

The property was extremely disappointing and nothing like the listing photos. The unit was dirty, smelled bad, and had bugs, dust, and noticeable dog dander throughout. The location was also misleading — the beach is not “5 minutes away” as advertised; it took us over 30 minutes to get there.What concerned us most was the host’s behavior. The host yelled at us during communication and stated she was coming to the property without our permission, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay.
