The Space:

The "Big House" at the Inn on Turville Creek was built in 2020 and features 2,500 sq. feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.

Enjoy all the great features of the beach with the tranquility of waterfront beauty and luxury.

Weddings/ Corporate events / Family Reunions with up to 34 guests can be accommodated with the adjacent cottages next door.

The "Big House" has Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway - 1 additional space in the parking lot to the East.

The driveway is 23' wide by 50' long for those wishing to bring a boat or jetski trailer - If you cannot fit it in the driveway we do have a spot to park the trailer down the street for a $50 fee for the duration of the stay.

Your cleaning fee includes a full set of house linens / towels/ sheets. It does not include pool or beach towels. Pool (not heated) is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

1 dog per stay maximum - $80 per stay

Rules:

No Smoking in the house or in the Bar area - outside smoking inside of your yard is approved.

Renters must be 25 years or older. Absolutely no younger groups or senior week rentals.

Guest booking must be there for the entire stay. I.E.- You cannot book for someone else.

The Garage is not available to renters as it has supplies for the entire compound.
