Our Condominium
Our condo at Vista Waikoloa complex is surrounded by beautiful views of the ocean, lush gardens, palm trees, and fairways of the Beach Golf course in the famous Waikoloa Beach Resort. From the front door you can walk to the ocean, shops, restaurants, golf, the world-famous Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, and one of the Islands most beautiful and historical beaches, Anaeho'omalu Bay. This master planned luxury resort area is one of the premier vacation destinations in the world.

Our Condo F-305 sits on the top floor in the prime and private corner of the Vista Waikoloa complex, with expansive 220 degree views of mountains, golf course, palm trees, and ocean.

We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and our local contact will meet and greet you on your arrival.

The rooms are furnished with beautiful island themed furniture, and artwork.
The condominium has great natural lighting throughout the day, and you seldom have to use the AC. The breeze is very pleasant, and also has four ceiling fans for ventilation. Although there are few insects, all openings have screens.
If you do wish to close all the doors and windows, our apartment has central air conditioning in the living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen.

The large master bedroom has an ocean view, beautiful bed, drawers and TV. This room has great natural ventilation with a sliding door onto the lanai, opening windows and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has an opening window, a queen size bed, drawers, and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen has new granite countertops and new tile flooring, and has everything one needs to prepare and consume beverages and meals. We have many appliances including blender, coffee machine, bread maker, rice cooker, side by side refrigerator with freezer drawer and filtered water and ice maker, clothes washing machine, drier, and dishwasher.

Our large L shaped lanai is ideal for dining (6 chairs), relaxing on our 2 loungers, and at most times provides a choice of sun or sheltered shade, and has a wet bar . Sitting on the lanai, surrounded by fragrant plumeria trees and swaying palms, with your fresh Kona coffee and papaya, you know you are somewhere very special. The lanai offers vistas that are just spectacular during the day, and clear starry nights.

We include all linens, and also supply beach towels, some snorkeling gear, and packable beach chairs for our guests.
There is a reserved free parking space for your rental car, and a coded security gate for vehicle entrance into the property.

Located just 20 minutes North of Kona International Airport, Vista Waikoloa resides in the unique and historic Waikoloa Beach Resort, on the sunny Kohala coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is located in the center of the resort providing wide views and easy access to many of the resort's finest amenities.

Within easy walking distance you'll find a white sand beach ('A' Bay), rocky shores, the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, the Waikoloa Marriott Hotel, tennis courts, the beach trail, the King's Shops, and the Queens Marketplace shops - which includes a gourmet grocery store with a bakery, fresh meat, fish, produce and wine.

Within a ten-minute drive, you can find additional premier golf courses as well as the island's best beaches and best snorkeling over coral in clear warm fish laden waters.

The AAA 3-Diamond rated Vista Waikoloa condominiums are very spacious 2 bedroom luxury residences. The Vista Waikoloa condominiums are known for being larger than most properties, one of the best built condo complexes on the Kohala Coast (steel and concrete construction), with spacious lanais and a fabulous pool area.
The Vista is a very special property, gated, private, and with many amenities. It has one of the best pools on the island (75 ft saline heated pool), 2 hot spa pools, mature landscaping, business center, gymnasium, and friendly management staff.
The Pavilion is a great place to cook on one of the 6 BBQ’s provided, and also to enjoy your meal at one of the dining tables while enjoying the garden surroundings.
The fitness room is all brand new and has AC. The office has everything to attend to business if needed.
